Kidnappers of UN man have a history of struggle

There was a rumor earlier this week that he has been killed but then the so-called Baloch Liberation United Front called a news agency office, saying it would never commit such an inhuman act.

The BLUF is in fact the pseudonym adopted by a student group that is allegedly holding the UN High Commission for Refugees, John Solecki.. It has a glorious history of struggling for the rights of their people in stateless Baluchistan region in southwest Asia.

It has also been a key organization in countering Saudi-inspired Islamist extremism all over Baluchistan for more than four decades.

Any Baluch student who has just a little concern about the state of his nation or the plight of his motherland, has been a member of this 42-year-old organization. The BSO has bravely challenged the foreign occupation of Baluchistan, scores of its activists laying down their lives for the glory of their motherland

Brath! Dear

i don't know from where you got this fact. but if its true then the queston arise why Waja Brahamdagh Bugti called these people as ISI agents and said that kidnapping of Mr. Solecki is an attempt to defame Baloch Cause?

I am not sure why, either.

Baluchistan is not like Punjab with 100 million people. Everyone in Baluchistan knows who is who.

The first person to confirm the abductors were Baluch and not ISI agents was Bevragh Baloch, spokesman for the Baloch Liberation Army as reported by The Daily Times.

So we have an interesting situation don't we? Bevragh saying these were not ISI agents, Brahamadagh Bugti saying it was agents and the FC saying it is Brahamdagh Bugti!

My concern is Baluchistan should not become another Afghanistan, at least not the Baluch belt in Baluchistan. The Pashtun belt is already like Afghanistan, with Mullah Omar as the main leader.

Best regards
