Workplace Bullying gone bad…she was fed up. A lot of nice people get taken advantage of and people have stereotypes about Black women being ghetto. When they run into a beautiful, competent Black woman who doesn’t play into that stereotype they start harrassing and bullying. What does the target do? Ignore it at first. They try to downplay that white-washed stereotype. It hurts also because not only are they taken advantage of by non-Black women and people, finding her to be a target to show they put a Black girl or woman in her place but Black women also take advantage of Black women who are not considered Ghetto or who Blacks would consider to be White washed. I don’t understand why American Blacks call each other White washed when we all speak English and no one knows their native tongue. Then the target may try to downplay it and get that hood credit. Also why do non-blacks pick which Blacks they attack. Its always the kind ones. Be kind to one another. Anyway, bless both families and pray for healing. We are a hurtful species.This is what America has done to people.
