Kristy Lynn Hammonds, also known as Kristy Thompson, a now ex-Dominos Pizza employee, who made this video with her co-worker Michael, is also a registered sex offender, according to North Carolina Sex Offender and Public Protection Registry.

She is currently on the run with other ex-employee Michael and there are warrants out for their arrest.

It appears she was charged last year, on June 24 2008, with sexual battery, and has a probation period of 24 months.

Sexual battery means injury or contact with another person intent to cause bodily harm. It has a sexual nature because it means intimate non-consensual touching to another person.

At common law, simple battery is a misdemeanor. The prosecutor must prove all three elements beyond a reasonable doubt:

  1. an unlawful application of force
  2. to the person of another
  3. resulting in either bodily injury or an offensive touching.
