Latest on the "October Surprise" Georgia crisis story.

Here's the latest on the Georgia crisis.  The Bush administration is demanding that Russia pull its troops out of Georgia.  Why are we so concerned about this "crisis?"  Don't we have enough going on what with the Iraq and Afganistan wars?  Or is this the "October Surprise" we are or should be expecting to help get John McCain elected?
