Let’s Take a Hard Look at Islamic Symbolism

It’s time to take another critical look at the increasing use of Islamic symbolism in national imagery, especially during the past 16 months.

Have you ever seen so many designs that appear to have been inspired by the Muslim crescent moon and star symbol that once adorned outhouse doors and now appears on the flags of more than a dozen Muslim nations?  I can think of only one person who might be behind such an effort:  President Barack Obama.
