The National Security Agency (John St. Clair Akwai vs. NSA) does not need radiation, microwave weapons, to read brains. The brains vibrations are picked up of every brain through ieee (electrical engineering) to satellite put into numerical processes and then back into words, thought. They have now indicted Dick Cheney, Attorney General Gonzales, Governors, Senators, Mayors, attorneys, military leaders, gangs int eh military, CIA, NSA, and FBI agents, drug gangs, those in ID theft for crimes, CEO's of corporations and military contractors, doctors, scientists, those in radiation labs, those in the Energy Department, those in every single area of government and nongovernment are being indicted, medical fraud, insurance fraud, judges all over the country for throwing out cases and taking bribes, child trafficking and covering up these crimes. Yet, they continue with microwave assaults. This is while they continue to use more people in crimes on us.

Total economic fraud takes place by NSA seeking out those who they can get to commit the crimes and indict later, taking the money themselves; and crimes are taking place for this very reason, that NSA, the crime families acting as NSA, and loan companies, and in all other areas, the same who interrogatively threatened disappearance, and who are still attempting it, who threatened to do these crimes and without any rights. They know that after mass indictments, they can use signals, to find another person gullible enough to run crime as if they are not being watched.

 

They, along with Eleana Meyers, Arpino in person threatened, attempted kidnapping, threatened to destroy the family and did so right after her interrogative threats with Genovese. Eleana Meyers has continued with these fabrications and threats, all fabrications being used coming from Eleana Meyers with Arpino and Genovese.

 

They are using military gangs, and Russian agents within the military with the CIA, and then indicting them for these assaults, as which has already taken place over three times, while they continue with their crimes.

 

Eleana Meyers, with the Meyers crime family in every lab, college, nanotechnology' as microwave weapons, in state services, has been actively involved in the assaults, and fabrications for reporting their crimes as well, along with fabrications from the time of the interrogative threat of 'investigations' on myself, and making fake phone calls to 'security' and stores, and other places, and then fabricating an 'anonymous' call when I reported the crimes to a doctor, Dr. Montone. Eleana Meyers, then fabricated all sorts of lies of myself as a mother, and 'depression' with the Gill crim family, while telling me, near death from these assaults that I would get medical care. I received none. Again, they billed my insurance company and have done so to present, and all of this was threatened to be committed by Arpino in person over two hours of interrogative threats in 2001.

 

Again, every nine months, John Honaker had emergency visits, passing out, falling over, sitting in stupors, being denied care and having memory loss, while they took another over 10K in loans from him at work, and caused him in such circles, that he accrued over $7,000 in overdraft fees at the same time while they committed these assaults and crimes of locking myself up for reporting their crimes. Eleana Meyers, with the Meyers crime family, is in private psychiatry linked to the same place where they continued passing along fabricated information and did this to me; and Genovese also owns this private facility, along with the ordering of Char, the judge, and the contractor at the hospital who illegally smuggled me. They continue telling me the medication, even from that time, will help with the radiation and implants, while committing more assaults.

 

For 2900 days, they have used the Delaware State Police, FBI to obstruct justice, and while using military weapons assaults with gangs in the military, Senator Biden was on the Air Force Board; having Air Force military gangs near us who were involved in the assaults and who they suddenly moved out after Eleana Meyers committed obstructions and continued attemtped murder. By this time, over 350,000 extorted, and having me sign to pay twice the amount, over 1900 a month for a 700 home loan, before committing even more extreme chemical assaults to take all other income.

 

The NSA, the crime families, make sure that all these people being indicted obstruct justice to begin with. Those who aren't in crime and who are not ignorant of the crimes, of which Arpino also threatened myself for being 'intellectual' and studied; the NSA, the crime families operating as NSA, are using agents with these weapons, as they know the brain states and can keep indicting them and using them in crime assaulting those who are not in crime or cover ups. Daily, they continue to disseminate thousands of articles on using microwave weapons which are outdated and are being used by these crime families for assaults, radiation and the chemical attacks to extreme levels on myself and my son from 2003, to 2009. To present, they continue with illegal assaults.

They created an illegal commitment and again using the insurance company illegally without proper billing or notice of billing or anything else. The judge with 'Char' illegally knowing of the crime family interrogation and assaults created this 'commitment.'

 

They used excruciating, traumatizing, and bodily harm with microwave and chemical weapons nonstop without any relief as threatened by Arpino. They have not stopped using low level radiation and other assaults by microwave along with getting the crime money by obstructions and using other state employees who are very well aware of the crimes.

 

The first thing the Dr. and psychiatrist stated was "this is and looks like military weapons." They are aware of all the crimes while the assaults continue by Arpino, crime family, also who moved near by and is operating with military and police, Genovese crime family.

 

They have taken my ten year plans, all educational material, defamed myself to no end, and continue taking everything while assaulting which was all planned. They illegally moved us based on John having memory loss, proven chemical damage, to <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />Dover for these crimes, canceling a home contract, stating they were not building any longer while they continued building.

 

Now, for over 2900 days, as threatened in an illegal interrogative threat by Dee Arpino, in racketeering with Genovese who is running also these weapons and acting through NSA, CIA, and with fake psychiatry; all of which was threatened by Arpino and has been committed, all money taken via John Honaker, at his work by Genovese owned loan companies, while denying him care at the VA, and fabrications as threatened by Arpino on myself of psychiatry. They continue with an illegal commitment, drugging, and use of micrwave weapons, in addition to bodily harm that is ongoing from it. The employees are aware of the crimes and have seen the implants, and chemical assault photos, the radiation photos, while the Genovese crime family, who has taken all money and used our insurance illegally continues with these assaults. They have denied John care at the VA, emergency visits every nine months, for over 15 years as threatened to be continued and done by ARpino operating with Genovese crime family owned loan companies taking every last bit of income via Johna at work which he did not remember.

 

They intend to continue these obstructions, assaults and crime of which they are doing.

They continue with bodily harm, causing extreme weakness by the low level radiation and use microwave assaults as 'hits' to the body when desired, along with medicine which makes it worse, yet for the microwave assaults is sometimes needed.

 

They intend to continue these assaults as they are doing and obstruct justice, and commit more crimes using more persons as I am filing my case.
