LEVITTOWN PA WALMART RINGS UP TORMENT FOR GANG-STALKED JOURNALIST

The Philadelphia area journalist who has exposed government-sponsored gang stalking vigilantism and electromagnetic torture says he again has been victimized by a so-called “gaslighting” stunt staged inside a Wal-Mart with what he alleges was the apparent complicity of store employees.
The term “gaslighting” refers to the classic Hollywood movie “Gaslight,” about a psychopathic husband who pulls sadistic stunts on his wife in an attempt to convince her that she is going crazy.
Vic Livingston, 61, of lower Bucks County, PA says it’s happened before, at Wal-Mart and at other stores – the customer is overcharged for a purchased item, or an item turns up missing when he gets home and unpacks the shopping bags, snatched by a checkout line gangstalker as the target is preoccupied by a clerk at checkout.
Last night, Livingston says, it was a double whammy; he says he was overcharged, and that after a price adjustment, the item went missing when he got home and emptied his shopping bags. What he described as a “malicious snatching” apparently was executed by a gangstalking customer who was standing behind him at the checkout line. The stunt forced him to return to the store to resolve the issue.
“Sociopathic gangstalking goes on inside stores big and small all over America,” Livingston says. “So-called ‘targeted individuals,’ many singled out for their beliefs, their ethnic or genetic backgrounds or for their political activism, are routinely cheated and mistreated by store employees who double as ‘community policing’ vigilantes. And law enforcement, whose officers typically are the team leaders of the federally-funded community watch groups that front for organized stalking, lets it happen. Rarely, if ever, will local police investigate complaints of those who have been extra-legally targeted by these government-enabled vigilantes.”

Livingston says he’s been gangstalked for the past eight years, and has been silently assaulted, tortured and impaired by a U.S. government cell tower microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon system. He says both federal and local law enforcement have turned a deaf ear on repeated complaints of hate crimes and serial violations of his civil and human rights.
The journalist's targeting and torture led him to uncover what he terms a “heinous government-sponsored extrajudicial torture matrix” that terrorizes its victims with the psychological torment of vigilante gang stalking and the physical debilitation of silent electromagnetic assault, torture, impairment – what he terms a “slow-kill genocide.”

Livingston gave this account of his latest encounter with alleged in-store gangstalkers:
“As usual, I was gumshoed by Wal-Mart store clerks in every department. Three or four times during my relatively brief visit, I was approached by clerks who asked if I needed help. This wasn’t just a case of the help being courteous; it felt like I was being targeted for harassment.
“As I was shopping for some blank DVDs, I carefully noted the shelf price and compared the stock numbers on both the shelf tag and the item. I did this because in the past, I’ve been overcharged for items that I later was told were “misplaced” on the shelf.
“The checkout clerk engaged me in friendly conversation. Only after I left the checkout line and checked the receipt did I see that I was overcharged by $4 for the pack of blank DVDs. I immediately returned to the checkout clerk to inform her of the overcharge.
“She asked me to hand over my receipt so she could go check the shelf price. I found this curious on two counts: First, the store has department clerks and product scanners that could have revealed that information without having a checkout clerk leave her post to make a personal inspection. Second, the clerk insisted that I surrender my receipt. That would have left me holding bags of merchandise without a receipt, leaving me vulnerable to a possible frame-up attempt. So I refused the request. I told her that I would hold the receipt until she returned.
“The checkout woman then instructed me to meet her at ‘register 17.’ I took my bags and the receipt to that location, and waited for what seemed to be about five minutes. I remarked to the checkout clerk at register 17 that in another 30 seconds, I was going to ask to see the manager. Soon after, the original clerk returned and said that the item was correctly priced but was misplaced on the shelf.
“I told her that couldn’t be the case, because I had compared the stock number on the item with the number on the shelf tag, and that the numbers were the same. At that point, she said something about it being ‘our fault,’ and the sales clerk at register 17 made a price adjustment.
“When I got into the register 17 checkout line, I had noticed that a young man, heavily tattooed, fell in right behind me. This, too, happens nearly every time I shop -- an apparent gangstalker looms over my shoulder.
"A man who identified himself as a customer service manager (his name tag read 'John') was standing by the whole time. I told him that nearly every time I have purchased more than a few items at this Wal-Mart, I have been overcharged for an item, and that after this happened more than twice, I don’t think this was a coincidence.
“I said words to this effect: ‘I think you’ve got a gangstalking problem in this store, and I recommend that tomorrow morning you discuss this with the general manager.’
“The customer service manager was noncommittal, and smiled. I grabbed my bags and headed home.
“When I unpacked the bags, the DVDs were missing. I knew immediately from past experience what had gone down; apparently, the young man behind me in snatched the box of DVDs as I was talking to the customer service manager. The same stunt was pulled on me at the former Wal-Mart location in nearby Fairless Hills a couple of years ago. That time, it was a jar of peanut butter that had gone missing.
“So I returned to the store and asked to talk to the customer service manager. I told him what I thought had happened. ‘I can’t prove that you or your cashiers were in on this, so you’re off the hook,’ I told the man in so many words, ‘but I am a writer, and you will read about this tomorrow on the internet.’
“As I was leaving the store for the second time -- killing an hour of my evening -- the customer service manager called out with a smile: ‘Be safe!’
“I’ve heard that one before, too; it’s a typical veiled warning delivered after gang stalkers perpetrate one of their sadistic stunts.
“As I told the customer service manager, I cannot provide proof positive that store employees purposely engineered the overcharge and were in on the scam.
“I can’t prove it – but as TV’s N.C.I.S. Special Agent Gibbs says, ‘I don’t believe in coincidences.’”
Livingston says he hopes that NowPublic readers forward this story to Wal-Mart executives in Bentonville, AR. He says he will try to do so himself, but he maintains that his emails and telephone calls often are diverted by what he describes as a “U.S. government censorship regime run by military contractor Lockheed Martin.”

Received an apparent sadistic taunt today in the email -- an alleged solicitation from "Roughneck Pest Control." Is this from the same party or parties responsible for introducing pests into our police protected community terrorist- invaded home? Here's the text of the solicitation:

We're not referring to Crazy Aunt Cathy, we're talking about bugs. Roundwood Lane? Is someone brazenly boasting here? How did this company know that we've got a pest problem? Apparently run by a former Marine... on a crusade, perhaps? From "Yelp.com" business listing:

Read the physical book itself, not anything on the Internet. Gurudas blew the whistle on the Shadow Government. Gurudas was against the militarization of America. And Gurudas died (was killed?) in 2002 as he was about to update his book. Gurudas thought the CIA were the enforcers for the Shadow Government and that the military was a countervailing force the way, in the old days under Hoover, the FBI was a countervailing force to the illegalities of the CIA. As events are turning out, with Generals running the CIA, Gurudas evidently was wrong about military as the ones who would safeguard American values. But he was right about everything else in his book. Gurudas was a pseudonym; he was Jewish.

If the victims are not made "witting," they cannot be tortured -- the torture falls beneath their awareness. I have just proven that Lockheed Martin is counterfeiting the page presented to me as the Verizon.com home page. I am using a different browser than usual. I signed into the phony Verizon page, which has the suspect (counterfeit) URL "www.22.verizon.com" and when I entered the email and password, the sign-in tabs disappeared and the words "Not supported method" appeared over a totally white background. Now that I have exposed this fraud, will some conscientious federal agency ARREST the Lockheed Martin operatives who are defrauding and censoring Americans via deceptive and criminal methods -- ALONG WITH THEIR FASCIST U.S. GOVERNMENT OVERLORDS??

Yesterday, when ads began to appear on my blog site at http://viclivingston.blogspot.com, I thought for a brief moment that the fascist cyberNazi censors of the Lockheed Martin censorship regime run under contract to constitution-shredding U.S. agencies and commands had relented, and that my constitutional right to publish and attempt to earn revenues from my work would be respected. But today, I cannot access any Google AdSense advertising data concerning the site, and it appears that the censorship regime is blocking me from deriving revenues from advertising on the site (the ads continue to appear). Based on my observations, these RF/EMF attacks also cause weight gain but I'm not sure how, only that it does. These attacks also are timed to prevent victims from getting enough REM sleep so that victims' health is steadily degraded. Basically, the whole Torture Network is aimed at death either outright or by a thousand cuts. Truly this is Nuremberg-level viciousness that ought to be prosecuted. Where are the heroes in our Dept of Justice? in NSA? in FBI? (Homeland Gestapo is a complete loss.)
