Lis pendens foreclosure sales of properties that have been delayed for three months in Philadelphia will soon resume. A judge ordered auctions to proceed.

The auction of more than 2,000 commercial and residential lis pendens foreclosure properties will proceed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, after three months of delay. The Common Pleas Court recently rejected a request to hold off the auction of the foreclosures, which would have delayed sales for the fourth month. The properties are scheduled for sheriff's sales at the first week of April.
