When you see people smoking do you run up to them and put it out? Is it not suicide knowing that harming yourself will lead up to death. The only difference between a smoker and Mr. Biggs is the amount of time taken to achieve there goal!
Seeing someone in a fight is entirely different, they do not have the choice except to protect themselves. It maybe that the fight was provoked but they are not doing themselves in. Same with being mugged, it's not there choice!
Mr. Biggs wanted to die, it was his choice and he carried it out. Although he did it publicly it's not our fault that this happened. He wanted the world to know and now they know!
The "Human Race" is so undeveloped and will take a long time evolve in such Utopia.
