LP says they reviewed Kohnstamm's books, but how would they really know of any inaccuracies? LP states that they don't annually visit countries that are either heavily-traveled or far from the beaten path; this would include just about everywhere.

nk, I like this story. interesting news.

I have to admit I've never felt like reading the book.  I feel vindicated now. There are SO, SO many better sources of information for intrepid travelers.
