World News - Man plans to sue many Twitter users

ITV could be forced to pay out up to £500,000 in damages to Lord McAlpine after This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield accidentally flashed a list of alleged paedophiles to camera, it emerged today.

The Tory peer's legal team is to sue the broadcaster and is looking for 'substantially more' than the £185,000 it has already agreed with the BBC after its bungled Newsnight report.

Thousands of Twitter users who also named the peer are also facing legal action, his solicitor said today.....Read more
