Los Angeles Security Guard fatally Shot At Marijuana Clinic
According to statements by Los Angeles Police Officer Jason Lee, several men ranging in age from 25 to 30 years old confronted a security guard at a medical marijuana clinic located at the Mid-Wilshire area at the La Brea Collective at 812 South La Brea Avenue.
The attempted robbery at the marijuana clinic in question happned at about 3:30 p.m. and the security guard was shot several times and died during the assault. His identity has not yet being released. Lee did however say that he was a man in his 20’s.
There were several criminal arrests by police in the scene in the area and the LAPD Wilshire Homicide Unit Detective Frank Carrillo stated that the people that were arrested are not being referred to as suspects but are people of interest. Nonetheless it looks as if some individuals will require a competent defense attorney, and better sooner than later.
1 witness in this incident has been identified as Jesse McKay age 25 who was driving on South La Brea and heard two loud pops and then saw three men at the door of the clinic and then heard another six shots. He drove off when the men spotted him and returned to the scene at approximately 8:00 p.m. to speak with the police. More information can be obtained at Los Angeles criminal defense attorney news.
