LPG Cylinders Smuggling Cracked by An Exploded Container

May 27th, a container exploded and caused death for 2 peoples..
Sutarno (23) and Anca (35) faced their death when tried to open the container's seal by burning it..
The blast has made an open hole on Sutarno's forehead, and Anca faced his death after several minutes of comma in "Rumah Sakit Islam" hospital in Samarinda..
This blast happened in Samarinda city container port..
And the container was sent from Surabaya, East-Java..

Police found that container contained 120 LPG Cylinders and the other stuffs, like electronic devices, toys, etc..
By futher investigation, this container belongs to a cargo shipping service (Anugerah Jaya)..
And those LPG Cylinders belongs to Hendriyanto Hendrata Wijaya (29) that has accused as the main suspect next to Anugerah Jaya cargo service..

Wijaya became the main suspect because of the prohibition of transporting LPG Cylinders in vacuum (non air) container..
Anugerah Jaya cargo service also accused as one of the suspect by it's carelessness that caused the employees death by mishandling LPG Cylinders transportation's method..

After this accident, police of Samarinda city has investigated and found 500 LPG Cylinders smuggled from Surabaya..
These LPG Cylinders also illegal, without any legal notice from Pertamina (Governmental Gas and Oil Company) transported from Surabaya to Samarinda..
Furthermore, these LPG Cylinders were a part of counterfeiting mechanism..
The cylinders were faked, and the gas inside it has less weight than the common cylinders (12 kgs)..

These cylinders transported in 3 container and disguised with toys, electronic devices, etc..
And the police has made progress upon investigation by founding that 300 cylinders were belong to Lili, shop named Deltamas and shop named Nusantara..

By crosschecking to Pertamina Surabaya, the authorized dealer of Surabaya affirmed that Pertamina Surabaya also faced a strange transactional pattern of cylinders distribution..

FYI, LPG Cylinders has been becoming hot item in Samarinda..
And ordinary cylinders formerly sold on Rp70.000 and now has became Rp100.000 because of lack of stock..
Some peoples took benefit on this occasion by smuggling cheap cylinders from Surabaya to sell the cylinders after modified it..
