Yes hes dead,
news says that he tried to escape and SL army shot him.
But what i think is that he was captured and killed by the army.That shot was a very close one and it seems no harm for body.. anyway he deserve it..

I'm glad he's not dead. He's the only hope for the Tamil people in Sri Lanka. By killing at least 20,000 civilians, raping and abusing children, the Sri Lankan government has only increased the likelihood of war in Sri Lanka continuing forever. Thanks Rajapaksa - you racist imbicile.
