A shooting at Luke Air Force Base in Glendale, AZ has left one dead and one was injured.
The Luke Air Force Base shooting occurred as a vehicle was driven through the gates of Luke AFB. The guard shot at the vehicle as it drove staright at him; it then crashed into the fence. At the moment it's not clear if the person who died was killed by the shooting or the crash into the fence.
The vehicle was previously reported stolen, and the incident appears to be nothing beyond a car theft gone wrong.
Glendale, home of Luke Air Force Base, is located in a suburb northwest of Phoenix.
Two men were in the vehicle when it reportedly drove toward a security checkpoint.
The guard opened fire on the vehicle and the vehicle ended up crashing, according to Gerardo.
One person was killed and one person was injured.
