According to GTI Magazine Dr. Sheikh Haytham Taha Saleh al Nuaimi is planning to build a new touristic city called ALZAMAN in southern Morocco. Injaz-Invest Ltd., the company behind the multi-billion $ project, aims at offering the visitors a journey through different civilisations, bringing cultures together. Whether the touristic demand for such a city is given, is to be questioned. The idea seems to be revolutionary - but will it just turn out to be another "Las Vegas"?
