國民黨馬英九與民進黨謝長廷都在今天(1/27)正式登記為2008總統選舉候選人，馬英九在早上十點十五分前往中選會，隨後在北市愛國西路與中華路口成立全國競選總部造勢；謝長廷選在中午十一點半登記，並接連成立基隆、北市及桃園三個地方競選總部拚選戰。
