China urges talks on Iran nuclear program - PressTV 100126

In the escalating war of words over the potential nuclear weapons potential that Iran may pose, Mahoud Ahmadinejad has offered a concession.  Ahmadinejad has stated that it is no problem for Iran to sent its uranium abroad for enrichment as the UN has proposed.
Ahmadinejad, the current president of Iran, has maintained that Iran is developing nuclear power in order to generate electricity, while many of the western countries have worried that the Iranians are developing nuclear weapons.

But on Tuesday, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Iran would have "no problem" doing so.

"Some people made a fuss about it. There is no problem. We will seal a contract and we will give you 3.5 per cent uranium to enrich it to 20 per cent levels in four or five months and return to us," he said in an interview with Iranian broadcaster IRIB on Tuesday.

The ability of the Iranian government to develop and deploy nuclear weapons has many with the jitters, most notably the State of Israel which would likely be within the range of nuclear armed missles.  The US has most recently moved defensive missiles to the Gulf region to meet a possible threat from Iran.
