Malik Obama says his brother will be good president for the Jews

Barack Obama's half brother Malik said Thursday that if elected his brother will be a good president for the Jewish people, despite his Muslim background.

In an interview with Army Radio he expressed a special salutation from the Obamas of Kenya.

But there are still many in the 'Blogosphere' concerned over the implications. Not that his family has a Muslim background, or that he even went to a Muslim school, a mosque, or studied the Koran. What seems to bother most is that he denies that he ever practiced Islam categorically and claims that he was always a Christian.

The fact that many in the Muslim world seem to be embracing him is also troubling.
