I read very graphic details as to how this scumbag molested this baby. I'm finding it extremely hard to do this story after reading what he did. I've literly have gotten sick and have had to go lay down. This is something I've been doing for 20 plus years but to hear what this animal did to this tiny little baby only eight days old, some times makes you ask is there justice for something like this? What a sick, sick little man, little brain or no brain. For him to think people believe this was his first time molesting. The force and damage he did to this baby showed it was not his first time,he knew what he was doing . I have the link or I have the full detail of the case.
FORREST CITY, AR – The court date for a man who is accused of raping his 8 day-old daughter has been postponed.
Reginald Davis was scheduled to appear before a judge in St. Francis County Circuit Court in Forrest City, Arkansas, Wednesday morning, September 17, 2008. The court date was postponed because some of the paperwork was not filed in time. Eyewitness News is told that this is not out of the ordinary for initial court appearances. A new date has not yet been set for Reginald Davis.
Davis is facing charges of rape and second-degree battery against his 8 day-old daughter.
According to a police report, officers were called to the Forrest City Medical Center, September 1, 2008, about a baby that had been sexually assaulted. Forrest City police say the baby also had a skull fracture and had to be transferred to the Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock because of the severity of the injuries.
Investigators say the father attacked the infant during a visit at her 15 year-old mother's house. Police say other people were at the home at the time of the assault.

It is hard to believe but to believe this is the child's father as well is almost impossible. This is a different level of sexual abuser.

He is the first for me, It was hard do this one I still have a headache from it. One of the nurses went into graphic detail I though I would die. I literally got nauseated sick to my stomach.

this was Sept. 08, what was the outcome? Has he had a trial? What is the latest on this? He should be locked up and the keys thrown away! After a search on Google, there seems to be nothing?
This crime happened in Forrest City, Arkansas, and you state you are Virginia but from your comment you say you spoke with a nurse, were did that happen? I thought doctors and nurses couldn't reveal info about their patients?

Don't try to think too hard about it. It happened in Arkansas yes I'm in VA BUT I'm a nurse as well. If you google his name it will come up. Doctors can't unless they are consulting. Nurses are not held to the same oath. They are protected under the doctors insurance.

I read some of the crime reports on Google, if this guy had sex with a 15-year-old girl isn't that statutory rape? There's no mention of him being charged with that crime?

Has anything happened yet withthis pathetic, useless bag of evil? I checked the Arkansas Department of Corrections inmate search and he isn't in prison yet... has he had a trial? If not, when is it?
This poor baby! I hope she gets removed from the people who did so little to protect her and is adopted by someone who will give her the world!! The tv report I saw stated that there were people in the house when the rape occurred!! HOW DOES AN 8 DAY OLD INFANT GET RAPED IN THE NEXT ROOM AND YOU HAVE NO EFFING CLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????????? Every person in that house should have to answer for this. To date he hasn't gone to trial. Sad what a waste of human flesh. I too find it hard not to of heard something but she was only 15 a child herself. He will get his you know this as well as I do.

Cant wait for this mofo to go to jail. Not because he will get the proper amount of time needed for a crime of this nature (LIFE), but because the other inmates will figure out what he did to go to jail.
