Man dismembers wife with chainsaw

A 30 year old husband attacked his 28 year old wife with a chainsaw in front of their two children aged 9 and 11 today in the southern Greek town of Kalamata. According to police reports the attack, which resulted in the victim losing both her legs and possibly her arms happened after a domestic argument between the couple who had until recently been got back together after separating

The husband had been living with his children in Albania had recently returned to his wife in the Greece turned himself into the police and led them to the basement where he had taken the victim. The woman was airlifted to hospital in Athens where she underwent emergency surgery.
