The Police Officer at left has a few words two Soldiers who appear to have stopped at the Air Force Legion Hall at left, perhaps picking someone up. The Motorcycle Patrolman meanwhile has perhaps received a call and the nearby road closure (due to sewer and roadway maintenance at present on Bank St., around the corner) has sent him this way looking for an open road. I counted three schoolbuses full of strikers. All was peaceful and orderly and they all packed up and left about 90 minutes after arriving.
