Mayor Bloomberg and Gov. Blagojevich

In 2004, long before he thought about selling a Senate seat, the governor of Illinois came to New York where he and Mayor Bloomberg launched a computer program of some kind. I can't remember much more about the press conference at City Hall, but when the indictment hit a few days ago, I remembered taking pictures and feeling pretty pleased that the governor of my home state looked like a forward-thinking straight-ahead guy. Oh well.
