Is Mecca True Center of the Earth?

Now the Muslim Scientists and Clerics picked up a new theme. During a conference in Qatar, they argued that Mecca is the true Center of Earth. They claimed that since the longitude of Mecca was in perfect alignment with the Earth, it is time to replace the GMT, so far the Universal Standard Time with Mecca Time.
