Melvin Blevins Jailed For Forcing 18-Month Niece To Smoke Weed

Melvin Blevins, 19 years old, has been arrested and sentenced to ten years in prison for video taping himself forcing his 18 month old niece to smoke marijana. The video tape was found inside a camera at a pawn shop in Ohio.
Blevins is shown giving the little girl a glass pipe with marijuana while his 16-year-old girlfriend Angel Dailey holds her. Dailey's father is the leader of an Ohio drug-trafficing ring, and has pleaded guilty to engangering a child. She was sentenced to a minimum of six months in juvenile detention in May.
Authorities learned of the videotape after a Columbus pawn shop found it in a camcorder that had been sold to the store.
