Mexican Flag

This huge mexican flag (more than 160 feet tall) was one of the first four placed in several mexican cities; in this case Tijuana, by order of President Ernesto Zedillo.

This flag sits in the middle of an Army garrison near downtown Tijuana. The soldiers inside the garrison looked at me suspiciously while I was taking pictures from across the street. The situation is really tense nowadays with all the drug-related violence that's hit this city recently.
