Miami Beach Police Chase Ends in Arrest

A high-speed car chase has concluded near Miami Beach, Florida after police pursued two individuals suspected of an armed robbery.
The two took police on a wild ride down the Interstate 95 and along several smaller streets near Miami International airport, before being apprehended.
A male suspect and the car's female driver have both been arrested.
No injuries have been reported.

A high speed chase that wove through three counties came to a calm end in Boca Raton early this afternoon when the passenger, a robbery suspect, got out of his car, took a seat in a patio chair in the backyard of a private house and lay on the ground as officers approached to arrest him.
The car's female driver was also arrested and is in custody.

Miami-Dade Police said they received word of an armed robbery about 12:30 p.m.
The man, who was driving a tan station wagon, led officers on a high-speed chase on Interstate 95, State Road 836 and several smaller roads near Miami International Airport.
At one point, the car was traveling the wrong way down a street, but it appeared that no crashes happened.
The driver ended up crashing into a tree and some bushes in a parking lot off Northwest 25th Street.
The man jumped from the car and tried to run, but was quickly captured by officers.
