Five-Year-Old Michael Davis was charged with battery of a police officer and handcuffed with zip ties after an incident at a California public school.

Michael Davis, who has been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, had a history of being disruptive in school. Officials thought it was a good idea to have the 5-year-old meet with a school police officer.

A police report suggests that Michael Davis attacked the officer and was ultimately arrested and cuffed. Davis' mother has denied the allegations.

Davis' father claims that Davis had his hands zip-tied behind his back hours after the incident occurred.
