But based on the draf report as well as what has become "clear evidence" causes other than homicide----- natural, accidental, accidental overdose, and suicide -----have been Ruled Out.

The LAPD has treated M J death as homicide .......... Dr. Murray is actively being investigated..... for .....Propofol (administration?)..... (E&OE).

Los Angeles, July 28, 2009 Michael Jackson's personal physician Murray administered an anaesthetic that authorities believe killed the singer, according to a new report.

Murray, a Texas based cardiologist who was at Jackson's rented home in Holmby hills when the pop star died on June 25, allegedly gave Jackson the anaesthetic  Propofol ----- commonly known as Diprivan----- in the 24 hours before his death, a source with knowledge of the investigation told CNN.
