Michele Leonhart Video: 'All Drugs are Bad'

DEA Chief Cannot Answer Simple Questions about Drugs

Representatives Jared Polis (D-CO) and Steve Cohen (D-TN) questioned DEA chief Michele Leonhart about the addiction risks posed by marijuana, heroin, and crack cocaine. Polis and Cohen, both medical marijuana advocates, tried to get Leonhard to answer a few straightforward yes-or-no questions. Even an "I don't know" would have probably been acceptable.

Instead, Michele Leonhart gave us something straight out of South Park. When asked if marijuana is more addictive than heroin or crack, Leonhart does everything in her power to avoid saying "no".

The videos below pretty much sum up the nonsense that is "the War on Drugs". Indeed, one cannot help but wonder if Michele Leonhart herself is high during this hearing.
