The war criminals operating under the direction of the multi-agency fusion center network have begun their torture regime early today.
After awakening with ringing ears and extreme weakness, I am now (7:33 a.m.) being assaulted in the right forehead with a powerful microwave pulsed burst, inducing dizziness, disorientation and pain. These war criminals will NOT stand down. They will NOT cease and desist.

I am from Tauranga NZ and everything you stated in your gangstaliking article has been happenning to me for 8 years.. It's been share torture..The only reason i was able to post this reply is cos i made a virtual computer..Even when i went to the Public Library i couldn't do.. All 12 terminals suddenly went off line.. A few minutes after i entered the Library 3 men walked in and sat down next to me pretendeing to read the newspaper and BANG.. all comps down. I am guessing they used a wireless blocker. Which i will too soon buy. =) FU to my gangstalking neighbours who d/c me 24/7 days at a time.. Cos you too will be screwed.

A couple of years ago the computers went down at the Phila. Free Library's main branch while I was trying to access the net. At first I thought it was just a coincidence. Then, on another occasion, only certain web sites would come up. The "information systems" defense contractors know where their "targets" are, and they apparently have the means to tamper with telecommunications anywhere. It's even happened to me at Best Buy, where I went to post when I was blocked from doing so from my own computer. The cursor and page scrolling went wild, jumping around without any manipulation from me. And, of course, assorted gang stalking zombie types were surrounding me, at the keyboards of the other Apple computers on display.
Think of the manpower, the expense, of tracking these "targets." This is a national scandal on many levels -- an infringement of constitutional rights and also a monumental waste of money. The Washington Post does a series on "Top Secret America" and does not expose ONE of these rights-violating, costly programs. The mainstream media has become a national disgrace.

NOTICE TO ALL AMERICANS WHO VALUE THEIR FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS:
I am being blocked (by government operatives, I believe) from posting in this space a recent compendium of microwave attack reports. Yet I was able to post the compendium to my Facebook "Notes" tab pages at "Facebook -- Vic Livingston."
Go figure. For some reason, rogue elements think they can impose their arbitrary and capricious, ideology-driven censorship here, and yet the posting goes through on Facebook (but not without malicious interference -- the posting did not incorporate the paragraph breaks I had indicated in the copy, and I was blocked from fixing the formatting problem, despite a couple of attempts).
I hope this is not an indication that the new ownership of NowPublic.com lets U.S. government agencies, in effect, "edit" NowPublic. If this keeps happening, I will find a new home base upon which to publish my articles. I hope that is not necessary.

MORE TORTURE, IMPAIRMENT VIA U.S. GOV'T MICROWAVE RADIO FREQUENCY CELLULAR TORTURE TOWERS -- DEPLOYED EVERYWHERE.
Once again this Monday, I am being ELECTROMAGNETICALLY INCAPACITATED BY FEDERAL AND LOCAL WAR CRIMINAL OFFICIALS AND THEIR 'INFORMATION SYSTEMS' DEFENSE CONTRACTOR IN NEWTOWN, PA AND BETHESDA, MD.
From about 10 a.m. until about 12:30 p.m., just a few moments ago, I have been irradiated with microwave-delivered radio frequencies that induced a heavy fatigue, extreme weakness. pounding headache and ringing in the ears. The induced weakness caused me to literally collapse at my seat. When I moved to a chair, fighting to stay awake, I fell into a deep but restless sleep.
This torture and impairment incapacitated me all weekend, and was punctuated by sharp, piercing periodic attacks to my right front forehead -- the target of choice for these slow-kill war criminal murderers, who appear to be trying to induce a brain attack (stroke) or permanent impairment.
THIS ELECTROMAGNETIC ASSAULT, TORTURE AND ENSLAVEMENT HAS KEPT ME FROM WORKING OR LEADING A HEALTHY, PRODUCTIVE LIFE FOR MORE THAN SIX YEARS.
Local officials KNOW this is happening. They do nothing to stop it. Federal officials know this is happening. They also do nothing to stop it.
And now, there appears to be an effort by culpable multi-agency officials to blame government-engineered and executed torture, impairment and subjugation of extra-legally "targeted" persons on an "interconnected extremist cell," according to my interpretation of "psy ops" (psychological operations) propaganda that is directed my way.

This must be at least the tenth time I have asked this: Why, when you see this "spoofed" web page, do you not simply print the damn thing which will automatically show the suspected URL on the footer as well as the questionable content? Gee then you could do something to stop these "crimes" against humanity. And these articles which are "crimes against intelligence".
Answer the question Vic. Why are you only interested in complaining and looking ridiculous? Is it so hard to hit ctrl+p? Several times you complained of spoof pages the government inserted in the "stream" between you and the Washington Post. I found the Post's address, even the office of the editor, and provided it with the reminder they would be very interested if this was happening, Did you act on it?

So tell me... why is the content of this article missing -- CENSORED?
My many articles about net censorship explains exactly how the re-directs and spoofed pages work, and I have given examples of the fake URLs that lead to the counterfeit pages, where content is edited, tampered with, and the censor operative has the option of either "catch and release" or "catch and 'black-hole' when the target attempts to submit a comment or publish a work, as in this case.
You are the worst psy ops agent ever. Thanks for that!

As for the spoofed pages, yeah sure you provided URLs. One was describing how "mynowpublic.com" when logged in as a member, means you were looking at a spoofed web page of nowpublic.com. Others were similarly ignorant and baseless. It still doesn't address why you haven't compiled evidence with so many opportunities to do so. Isn't that what investigative reporters do?
The rest of what you "report" adds up to you trying to spam blogs and forums with activity clearly against their stated TOS and you get banned and claim that's censorship.
It's obvious you would rather endlessly make foolish, unfounded complaints than actually document them as credible.

I don't really know if you are right about this, but I am gratified to see you are thinking "exit strategy." Does that mean the torture will finally cease???
If only the fusion center and its defense contractor slow-kill torturer-murderers would stop their silent assaults on my person -- mainly my brain -- which was hit by piercing, numbness-producing microwave bursts this morning (Monday, Aug. 23) at 12:15, 12:17 and 12:45 p.m., precisely. And it usually gets worse as evening approaches. Yesterday, my legs and arms went numb after several ferocious hits. THIS IS ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE.
If there were ethical, uncorrupted law enforcement in this region, their investigators easily could confirm my accounts. Apparently, there is no interest in stopping felonious torture.
So what kind of "limited hangout" is THAT? There is nothing "limited" about my effort to put these American Nazis in federal prison -- the fusion center commandants, the defense "info systems" contractor personnel, AND their enablers in federal, state and local government.
But it's never too late to mitigate culpability by putting on the white hat and contacting Assistant Attorney General Tom Perez at the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division.
Have I convinced you yet that this is no intra-mural political game, but a serious quest for JUSTICE? And I believe it's coming... soon.

Unconstitutional, malicious interception and censorship of my internet connection has become more draconian, absurd, and sadistic. I am being blocked from accessing certain websites, such as an audio feed of MSNBC. My attempts today to post comments to a TV trade website were met with dead links, effectively censoring my speech. The defense contractor most likely responsible for serial violations of my constitutional rights is Lockheed Martin Information Systems. But I seriously doubt this could happen without the consent, expressed or implied, of government.

I just read the contents of torturedinamerica.org, and since I am a TI, I have experienced most of what the blogger describes. Despite my experiences on a daily basis (as I write this, a UPS truck stops in front of my house on a culdesac, waits a minute, then leaves -- UPS truck drivers and postal workers are heavily involved in gangstalking), I am unable to understand the depth and breadth of the buy-in from ordinary folks on this totalitarian outbreak of insanity in America. The urge to destroy evidently is either hard-wired into human beings and therefore we humans are engaged in our usual, periodic downward spiral into genocide. Or a smarter, more evil group is mind-controlling humans into self-slaughter so that the former can control the planet more easily. Something horribly evil is afoot in America. It's not about Dems versus Repubs -- elections are a circus designed to distract the gullible from the military coup that has taken power. Politicians control nothing; they're figureheads.

Since I am aware of the microwave hearing effect -- that audio can be broadcast via microwave into a target's head, bypassing the auditory organs -- I am much less amenable to audio-delivered "suggestion" than someone who is not aware.
BUT -- I have had dreams that I believe were "induced" by such an effect. And while driving in my car, I've heard various sounds, including music, even when the radio was off.
And my late mother, in the last couple years of her life, said things that I would describe as not being in her experiential library -- statements that almost sounded as though they were being repeated by her, originated from another source. I believe she may have been a subject of non-consensual human experimentation by U.S. military- affiliated operatives working out of the Kutz nursing home in Wilmington, DE. The circumstances surrounding her death lead me to believe she was murdered by willfully negligent administration or purposeful, homicidal overdose of full mask Albuterol nebulizer at the hands of a sadistic and hate-filled nurse. The administrator of this home has fraudulently misrepresented herself to the community, I believe. I am trying to initiate an investigation, because I believe other patients are at risk.
I would not be surprised if mad scientist types in government are using microwaves and radio waves to "entrain" a class of automatons to do their bidding. I know how lethargic I feel most days when the microwave radio frequency attacks are almost constant -- and that's virtually every day. Only my "mission" keeps me somewhat focused.
My mission is in the defense of free will, personal liberty and human and constitutional rights. But how about those whose mission is the pursuit of less noble goals -- or outright evil?
Some insiders know the truth. Who among them will save America by going public?

I am from South Africa and I've been tortured the same way. It is now 4 years. No one wants to beleive me. They kill my brother, try to kill my other brother and thread to kill a little girl of 1year and 4 months. I believe they also disorientated her aunt to drive infront of a train. That is where it started. Please let me know how we can get out of it. They also tamperd with my email and cell phone.

Another of his contradictions, which is what happens when all you do is lie. He pretends to be a victim of oppressive government IT experts, then when it's convenient for him he'll imply the same opression to be used on others. Like what would he do with your ISP anyway?
