Mike Barnicle asks if Sharron Angle is a “Mental Patient”
On the MSNBC show Morning Joe, featuring Joe Scarborough a former Republican congressman from Florida and Mika Brzezinski, a question was posed from Mike Barnicle a regular on the show.

Barnicle asked if Sharron Angle is a “mental patient”. He goes on to say that she would be “embarrassing for Nevada”.

Mike Barnicle: “You guys cover these things very professionally, and you talk about them very professionally, but Harry Reid’s opponent sounds like a mental patient. I don't care if you live in Nevada Massachusetts or Arkansas, when you voted, you don't want to be embarrassed by the person your sending to Washington DC. And there is an element of her that is embarrassing I think for a resident of Nevada."

Short answer to a simple question: Yes.

OMG!!! Thank Christ she's not a Democrat. Can you imagine the outrage and demands for apologies. It would take weeks before MSNBC let it go.

Dear Dr. YJ:

Q: "Is Sharron Angle a mental patient?"

Dr. YJ A: You know that a patient's status with the doctor is their personal business and barniclebill not to be confused with Mike Barnicle is absolutely correct that if the table was turned politically, MSNBC would be protesting and so would Fox News depending on the candidate, affiliation, and view.

Given that "news" is biased. let's move onto medical analysis.

Patient: Sharron Angle

Sharron is a trained fine artist which most often comes from the left brain and therefore political views might come from the left and she would be a liberal.

However, Sharron's parents may have been heavy drinkers and somehow, a naturally left bent took a right turn. Living in the wilderness, she lost context and while she wanted to be an artist she soon became a right-wing activist.

In the transformation from left to right she lost verbal skills often attributed to brain damage.

Poor Sharron is likely a schizophrenic and probably has some very interesting conversation talking to herself.

All hypothetical.

Dr. YJ

so what you are saying in the long run is that sharron angle is just one more fu^&ed up liberal. mike barnicle hasn't progressed much since the school yard. there he was calling everyone retard as a way to establish his intellectual superiority.

Sometimes I am redundant and repeat myself.

Whether she is or isn't mentally disturbed, her positions don't bode well for Nevada OR the country at large, given her suggestion and implied support of those in the U.S. who should/might need to look to or ".... seek 2nd Amendment solutions ...." , loosely known as the right to have guns, when they feel issues for which they are passionate are not addressed in the manner they would have them addressed by elected U.S. officials.

Since Sharron Angle has offered this suggestion and variations on that theme, which when uttered, were warmly received by her audiences, barring some unique shared mental aberration and aside from a familial, genetic predisposition, something else is going on here.
