Friday, March 8, 2013 --  Within the past two days, several "directed messaging" comments were posted to my blog site (http://VicLivingston.blogspot.com) referencing infants and infant care.  Also posted was another anonymous comment remarking on the fact that "neurolinguistic programming" (NLP) messages were being placed in the comments sections on my blog site.   In the past, such "NLP" comments have presaged occurrences that directly related to the content of such messages.

A short time later, just before going to bed, I noticed an itching and irritation on the lower lid of one of my eyes.  When I looked in the mirror, I saw a thin, bloody horizontal streak, about  two centimeters in length, on my lower eyelid, which was red, puffy and swollen. The outer corneal layer of the eye also appeared to be cloudier than usual (I have cataracts in BOTH eyes as a result nine years of constant electromagnetic weapon attack visited upon me by Lockheed Martin cyber unit war criminals and their U.S. government superiors).

I put some antibacterial ointment on the lesion.  This morning, the pain had subsided but the redness remained.

Several hours later, around noontime, my wife received a phone call from my daughter, who told her that one of my infant grandchildren was suffering from what she described as "pinkeye" or a "stye."  The infant's eyelid was red, puffy and swollen, my daughter reported.  This was upsetting to both my daughter and to my wife, since the child appeared to be in pain.  My daughter asked my wife to come to her house, and she is heading there now.


I DO NOT THINK IT IS A COINCIDENCE THAT THIS INJURY TO MY GRANDCHILD OCCURRED THE MORNING AFTER I NOTICED A SORE OF THE EXACT SAME NATURE ON MY EYE.

Can I prove that Lockheed Martin cyber warriors and/or their USG overlords are conducting criminal, genocidal attacks on not only "targeted individuals" but members of their families?

No, I cannot "prove" it.  BUT I BELIEVE THAT MAY BE EXACTLY WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE -- AS IT APPARENTLY HAS HAPPENED IN THE PAST.

I urgently request that good people on the inside immediately PUT EYES AND EARS ON ALL LOCKHEED MARTIN CENTCOMS CAPABLE OF MOUNTING ATTACKS WITH THE NATIONWIDE RADIO FREQUENCY WEAPON SYSTEM DEPLOYED ON CELL TOWERS -- with special emphasis on  Lockheed centcoms in the Philadelphia suburbs and Lockheed personnel contracted to the MAGLOCLEN-RISS Fusion Center in Newtown, Bucks County, PA, just down the road from a Lockheed Martin Space Systems facility.

THIS IS AN URGENT PLEA TO RESPONSIBLE OFFICIALS FROM A WAR CRIMES VICTIM WHO BELIEVES THAT HE AND HIS ENTIRE FAMILY ARE UNDER ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPON SURVEILLANCE AND ATTACK BY PSYCHOPATHS UNDER THE EMPLOY OF LOCKHEED MARTIN AND/OR ITS U.S. GOVERNMENT CONTRACT SUPERVISORS.   

PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO ENSURE THAT WAR CRIMES IN THE FORM OF ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPON ATTACKS ARE NOT BEING ENABLED BY LOCKHEED MARTIN AND/OR THE AGENCIES, COMMANDS AND CORPORATIONS AFFILIATED WITH THE FUSION CENTER/RISSNET NETWORKS.

However, anyone who has had small children knows how quickly they develop all sorts of symptoms, especially of the collicky kind. You will of course immediately label me "a monster".
