Yes, they have a plan -- an ideology- and hate-motivated slow-kill GENOCIDE of those who might stand in the way of tyranny. And the targets are individuals representing the same groups that were targeted by the German Nazis. This is the American Fourth Reich. Lockheed Martin, in the opinion of this veteran mainstream journalist, based on my research and my personal experiences, is the corporate seat of global fascism, a clear and present danger to the United States of America, its constitutional democracy and the liberty of all American citizens, not just those who are officially "targeted."
Lockheed Martin and its subsidiaries and subcontractors/partners administer the Torture Matrix gulag, the electromagnetic cellular directed energy weapon torture towers, the communications/coordination/training of the "gang stalking" black ops, the financial sabotage of target families, the militarization of police here and abroad (through subsidiaries such as Homeland Security Co. LLC and its spawn), and Lockheed Martin Information Systems coordinates and administers the high-tech warrantless surveillance and censorship of telecommunications and computer output of targeted families -- even OFF-LINE.
The war on terror was built from the ground up to aid and abet this social cleansing, not just here, but in Canada, the U.K, Germany, Australia, in all industrialized nations, including Russia and Communist China.
I was rendered nearly insensate, unable to write, or even speak cogently, for MORE THAN FOUR YEARS, from about March 2004, when the attacks became palpable, to 2008, shortly after I began my periodic in-person pleading to the Philadelphia office of the FBI. Even then, the attacks continued, and in fact have continued UP TO THIS VERY DAY. On Friday, I was E-RAPED -- microwave assaulted in the rear-end via precision triangulation. How much radiation is required to achieve such precision targeting? Is my living quarters bathed 24/7 with backscatter radiation? Simple infrared laser targeting could not provide sufficient data to attack with such heinous precision.
I repeat: THIS IS A GENOCIDE. In my case, I believe my targeting resulted from displeasure among certain agencies and commands with my mainstream media journalism, especially my proclivity to tackle tough subjects, from the assassination of JFK to nuclear power and even shipyard deaths of workers at a Philadelphia area shipyard years ago. I believe the U.S. Secret Service is primarily responsible for the protocol of career and personal destruction I have experienced; but who's to say it's not military intelligence (NSA, CIA, DIA, etc.) or the CIA or the FBI? So many agencies and commands input the torture matrix bureaucracy, assuring "plausible deniability."
But I subscribe to the belief that good people and bad people populate any bureaucracy. I'm betting on the good people to come out on top, and rescue America from its descent into fascism. As far as I am concerned, America already has become a fascist police state; I continue to be tortured, left unemployable, unable to earn a living, with degraded vision, hearing and health. I've been ruined, already slow-killed. The American Dream has turned into a nightmare for me, and untold thousands like me.
What is taking the good people on the inside so long to see the enemy within -- the fascists within our own government, and its spiderweb of corporate contractors?
This descent into fascism cannot be reversed by memoranda.
ONLY RAIDS AND ARRESTS THAT MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF THE WRONGDOERS AT ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT, AND IN THE CORPORATE CONTRACTOR 'COMMUNITY,' CAN RESTORE DEMOCRACY AND PERSONAL LIBERTY IN AMERICA.
And a total house-cleaning at the U.S. Secret Service and perhaps at other agencies/commands that are primarily responsible for harboring Dr. Strangeloves, saboteurs and eugenicists among their ranks.
And these reforms must include the DEMILITARIZATION AND DE-FEDERALIZATION OF STATE AND LOCAL POLICE, who have been transmogrified into stormtroopers of the federally-spawned, police association- abetted torture matrix.

In reading your above article Scrivener, besides some possible logistical errors, and technical or technology misrepresentations, your belief in the American government, democratic values, and way of life seems to have been fundamentally undermined.
Even if I may personally understand and agree with the basis of what you're suggesting, it seems you failed mentioning and addressing that those incharge of this government, it's institutions, and democratic processes really don't see things the way we are. What is it in this article they could relate with specifically, convincing them that what you're saying isn't just the ravings of some anti-government activist ?

I am pro-government -- the constitutional democracy as outlined in the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution, most notably, in its first ten amendments, known as the Bill of Rights.
I am against a corporate fascist hijacking of our government, the subversion of its Constitution and its laws, and I am vehemently against the collosal waste of taxpayer dollars on military contractor disinformation "psyops" as demonstrated by your lame daily postings to every article I write.

It looked more like a conga line than a convenience store line, and it would have taken a considerable amount of time to wait in the snaking line. So I put the milk back in the case, deciding to go elsewhere. As I was heading out, a teenaged boy directed a smirking laugh my way after I remarked, "I guess this is tonight's store mobbing."
As I got in my car, even more teens had congregated near my car, watching me intently as I got in -- all of them clutching their smartphones -- how they receive their instructions to "swarm the target" upon command of the fusion center community "policing" cyber-contractor operatives and their police-affilated "team leaders."
THIS MALICIOUS HARASSMENT NETWORK CONSTITUTES A WIDE-RANGING CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE MY CIVIL RIGHTS WHILE TURNING TEENAGERS INTO AN AMERICAN ITERATION OF 'HITLER YOUTH.'

The electromagnetic attack first caused an oppressive, pounding headache. Then, as I drove down the street very close to my house, I was hit with a sharp, piercing high-pitched microwave acoustic attack that caused severe ear-ringing and even worse head pain.
NO AUTHORITY, FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL, WILL COME TO MY AID. LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT HAS BEEN CORRUPTED, BOUGHT OFF, OR IN SOME CASES ACTIVELY PARTICIPATES IN MY PERSECUTION.

The JFK speech is his famous address about "secret societies," I believe, which was delivered in mid-1963, just a few weeks/months before his assassination. Please give me a link to the full address, audio and text, if available.
Second, the "Anonymous" campaign looks like very slick agit-propaganda intended to identify, assess, isolate and neutralize those who would commit acts of cyber-vandalism to advance their agenda -- perhaps an effort to CRIMINALIZE SPEECH, dressed up in sheep's clothing, under the guise of a "democracy movement." "Anonymous" sounds to me as contrived and manufactured as the "Arab Spring," and if you are advancing its agenda, I would bet its a CIA, Secret Service or mil intel psyop.
