GET POLITICAL W/VIC LIVINGSTON
Yes, they have a plan -- an ideology- and hate-motivated slow-kill GENOCIDE of those who might stand in the way of tyranny. And the targets are individuals representing the same groups that were targeted by the German Nazis. This is the American Fourth Reich. Lockheed Martin, in the opinion of this veteran mainstream journalist, based on my research and my personal experiences, is the corporate seat of global fascism, a clear and present danger to the United States of America, its constitutional democracy and the liberty of all American citizens, not just those who are officially "targeted."
Lockheed Martin and its subsidiaries and subcontractors/partners administer the Torture Matrix gulag, the electromagnetic cellular directed energy weapon torture towers, the communications/coordination/training of the "gang stalking" black ops, the financial sabotage of target families, the militarization of police here and abroad (through subsidiaries such as Homeland Security Co. LLC and its spawn), and Lockheed Martin Information Systems coordinates and administers the high-tech warrantless surveillance and censorship of telecommunications and computer output of targeted families -- even OFF-LINE.
The war on terror was built from the ground up to aid and abet this social cleansing, not just here, but in Canada, the U.K, Germany, Australia, in all industrialized nations, including Russia and Communist China.
I was rendered nearly insensate, unable to write, or even speak cogently, for MORE THAN FOUR YEARS, from about March 2004, when the attacks became palpable, to 2008, shortly after I began my periodic in-person pleading to the Philadelphia office of the FBI. Even then, the attacks continued, and in fact have continued UP TO THIS VERY DAY. On Friday, I was E-RAPED -- microwave assaulted in the rear-end via precision triangulation. How much radiation is required to achieve such precision targeting? Is my living quarters bathed 24/7 with backscatter radiation? Simple infrared laser targeting could not provide sufficient data to attack with such heinous precision.
I repeat: THIS IS A GENOCIDE. In my case, I believe my targeting resulted from displeasure among certain agencies and commands with my mainstream media journalism, especially my proclivity to tackle tough subjects, from the assassination of JFK to nuclear power and even shipyard deaths of workers at a Philadelphia area shipyard years ago. I believe the U.S. Secret Service is primarily responsible for the protocol of career and personal destruction I have experienced; but who's to say it's not military intelligence (NSA, CIA, DIA, etc.) or the CIA or the FBI? So many agencies and commands input the torture matrix bureaucracy, assuring "plausible deniability."
But I subscribe to the belief that good people and bad people populate any bureaucracy. I'm betting on the good people to come out on top, and rescue America from its descent into fascism. As far as I am concerned, America already has become a fascist police state; I continue to be tortured, left unemployable, unable to earn a living, with degraded vision, hearing and health. I've been ruined, already slow-killed. The American Dream has turned into a nightmare for me, and untold thousands like me.
What is taking the good people on the inside so long to see the enemy within -- the fascists within our own government, and its spiderweb of corporate contractors?
This descent into fascism cannot be reversed by memoranda.
ONLY RAIDS AND ARRESTS THAT MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF THE WRONGDOERS AT ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT, AND IN THE CORPORATE CONTRACTOR 'COMMUNITY,' CAN RESTORE DEMOCRACY AND PERSONAL LIBERTY IN AMERICA.
And a total house-cleaning at the U.S. Secret Service and perhaps at other agencies/commands that are primarily responsible for harboring Dr. Strangeloves, saboteurs and eugenicists among their ranks.
And these reforms must include the DEMILITARIZATION AND DE-FEDERALIZATION OF STATE AND LOCAL POLICE, who have been transmogrified into stormtroopers of the federally-spawned, police association- abetted torture matrix.

CONSPIRACY THEORY - OR FACT? That the Facebook pages of extrajudicially persecuted "targeted individuals" are filtered by algorithm and real-time psyops monitoring by Lockheed Martin for Homeland-mil-intel, and the responses targets see are ALL written by psyops agents who use target's comments to further "profile" and persecute, often for reasons of ideology, politics, or HATE. In my opinion, the mo of todays actions surrounding victims of DEW/RNM attack, parallels in several important ways the handling of witnesses and assassination of JFK. Most importantly it's covert action with specific deniability.
I don't believe in many ways, that either political circles or even those employed in specific organized psychological gangstalking or EWS/RNM activity realize the depth or scope of this overall program as a torture matrix. That the "good people" probably aren't even aware of what's actually going on at any significant level overall.
This parallel suggest to me that ultimately this NWO JFK was speaking about, and ultimately behind his murder, (and several other high profile murders including to his brother Robert), is also behind this DEW/RNM attack torture matrix and organized gangstalking today. That very few 'good' people actually know the scope or depth of this organization_or it's activites worldwide.
That the psyop today is sniffing out the relationship between this organisation and DEW/RNM attack/gangstalking.

But the reality of this underground global fascist structure IS known, among security and law enforcement, and most certainly, in the corporate offices of the military contractor(s) who are doing crimes against humanity and serial violations of the constitutional rights of American citizens -- that's my conclusion based on a preponderance of evidence, much of it derived from personal contacts and experiences. And yes, the good people on the inside are scared sh!itless -- but it is fear colored by cowardice and are proclivity to "go along to get along," to not "make waves" -- slavish dedication to conformity at the expense of morality and adherence to their sworn oaths of office. Taking the easy way out. It's the reason why Hitler was able to rise to power -- because otherwise "good people" knew -- and failed to act, choosing expedience over principle.
Don't you dare try to sell me on the proposition that all these smart people have had the wool pulled over their eyes. It wasn't because they don't know; it's that they don't WANT to know -- perhaps because they've sold their souls, taken their share of the booty, and believe they now have no choice but to buy into "the program," defend it to the point of parroting the BIG LIE, or risk being thrown into the matrix, along with their families and associates.
As far as I'm concerned, it's their COWARDICE, their complicit submission to evil, that has enabled fascism to take root in America and throughout the world -- the rise of the FOURTH REICH.

Good points Scrivener. It is rather unbelievable that the shear number of people necessary, at an operational level, to pull this type of program off, that some wouldn't know more about it or speak up.
But remember these are the same assholes who ultimately are in my opinion, the same group responsible for covertly and successfully murdering a popular sitting President of these United States_and completely getting away with it.
Thats why I think this whole operation is on a strict need to know basis ( as in some high level covert gov't agency or military operation ). That even if those involved at street level have awareness of this program, they don't have any real idea of the scope, depth, deciet, and lie behind it. We the actual attacked and tortured are the only ones, besides those at the top of this blk-op, who know the actual scope and depth of it imo.

The 1 has changed from attacking Vic overtly to using a covert attack. In other words, The 1 is using a "Trojan Horse" approach to insinuate himself inside his enemy's tent. He is pretending to accept the idea that our government is involved in gross abuses of human rights of US citizens and citizens around the world. Vic is telling the truth about the rise of the fourth Reich in America, and The 1 and other CyberNazis are one layer of the Reich's hitmen. Truth or justice don't matter to "hitmen" regardless of what country they come from. Every police state has the support of the majority of the population. This is just inherited from the badness in our genes. That is why the little old ladies, street muggers, and firemen all take equal glee in the trampling upon police state targets. Nearly every post to this page is chock full of venom against targets. People love to hurt others, but always subsequently disavow their actions. That's another part of the (in)human genome. Scrivener: about your being "bathed" in high levels of EMF - I am sure that I have been also the victim of that. When I travel away from home for a few days or a week, my energy level returns to normal. When I return home - it is decimated within a day or two. They say it is the cortisol production that is driven by the EMF energy. I have found the only way to get above the smog long enough to do anything constructive, is to drink double or triple my normal morning fix of coffee. This gives me two or three hours to write constructively. I suspect you have similar experience?

I disagree that an American police state has the support of the majory of the population. Those who do not experience this torture/impairment, or attribute it to natural causes, are not aware of the torture matrix and are prone to believe that "it can't happen here." That naivety is what enables fascism.
Yes, the last time I traveled a substantial distance from home, I felt much improved, and blood flow to extremities demonstrably increased (arms, legs, elsewhere). When I returned home, I again was physiologically and neurologically enslaved, and remain so to this hour. For a period of years, the veins in my hands were chronically thin, and blue, and my hands and feet were chronically cold
Some physiological functions apparently have been permanently degraded, including my vision and hearing, but going well beyond that.
THIS IS NOT 'ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT.' THIS IS FELONIOUS ASSAULT, SLOW-KILL ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE, DOING LONG-TERM DAMAGE.
As for the coffee... home intruders have POISONED our coffee in the past, and commenters here even have made sadistic reference to this criminal act.

The attacks on my family members have doubled. The Evildoers contact family members' employers (or get their own people hired by the same employer) and then start slandering and causing problems at work for the family members. Their goal is to get them fired and create "workplace mobbing." Many victims do not realize that a MAJOR component of the Torture Matrix is upping the ante on torturing the victim by torturing their friends and family. (A Stalinist technique.) The Evildoers get away with all these layers of evil, because the full extent of what is being done to victims is "compartmentalized." I suspect that many CyberNazis, if they knew the full extent of the Torture Matrix, would be too American at heart to lower themselves to participate.

Perhaps "majority support" is not the best term to describe the way populations enable and then usher in dictatorial fascism. It is more like a "majority appeasement by p { margin-bottom: 0.08in; }acquiescence" ... or like you say, "naivety". But it is willful naivety, and involves a certain amount of "badness", by virtue of the willful disregard of the wrong being done to others. Our police state is in full function. It's still hidden, but probably not for long. On the way to coffee this morning I encountered four "cell/net" "fascism enablers" who pointed at their phones while shaking them vigorously and simultaneously feeding me some jack-in-my-face about "tracking me as if by dogs". This was a two mile trip. It's fascism, it's deep, and it's here. Pull down the hatches. Maybe it's like Alex Jone's call-ins like to say often on his radio show: it's 1776 again!

Alex Jones talks about the "controlled opposition." I wonder whether that's what his operation is about -- inducing the easily misled to espouse "radical" views, thus giving those who will not tolerate "dissident" a pretext to crack down on them. Jones is big on talking about flouridation, chemicals in food can liners, tainted vaccine, etc. but he's A.W.O.L. on electromagnetic silent torture/menticide. He ran one of my earlier stories about "domestic torture via radiation weaponry," but that's before I uncovered the main source of electromagnetic torture/menticide, the cellular multifunctional scalar/microwave RF directed energy weapon system, a domestic weapon of mass or individual destruction deployed everywhere. And one more point: I know how my health and career have been thoroughly destroyed, but the powers that be allow Jones to enjoy the fruits of his media empire building. Now why do they let him earn a living, and journalists such as I, not so much? I wonder if someone hasn't gotten to Alex Jones. They say every man has his price; as for this man, I cannot be bought; it's just my nature, and perhaps the stark fact that I've already been destroyed and I have little left to lose by refusing to fold. And the more they torture me, the more they attack my interests, the more resolute I will be. I will not be cowled into silence. They will have to kill me first. And guess what? The die is cast and that won't change no matter what happens to me.

I can tell you this: Anyone who examines my background would learn that I did a sports show for nearly ten years and did not do one iota of journalism connected to anything remotely political or "activist" in nature. As I've said before, I did not choose this fight -- it chose me. And now I realize the stakes, and the cost of apathy toward the forces of hate, authoritarianism/ fascism, and eugenicism. But I do wonder: if the daily torture stopped, if I were able to again use the telephone and get my calls answered by the REAL people I'm trying to reach, if I could leave my house without having to come back to vandalism, despoilment or acts of malicious community-based terrorism, would I be as zealous, as motivated?
I cannot answer that question because those circumstances do not exist, and I do not anticipate any change in my status as an unjustly, extrajudicially persecuted "targeted individual" (the word "individual" is a misnomer, since all family members of a target are persecuted to some extent, even if they don't realize it for awhile...).
