Yes, they have a plan -- an ideology- and hate-motivated slow-kill GENOCIDE of those who might stand in the way of tyranny. And the targets are individuals representing the same groups that were targeted by the German Nazis. This is the American Fourth Reich. Lockheed Martin, in the opinion of this veteran mainstream journalist, based on my research and my personal experiences, is the corporate seat of global fascism, a clear and present danger to the United States of America, its constitutional democracy and the liberty of all American citizens, not just those who are officially "targeted."
Lockheed Martin and its subsidiaries and subcontractors/partners administer the Torture Matrix gulag, the electromagnetic cellular directed energy weapon torture towers, the communications/coordination/training of the "gang stalking" black ops, the financial sabotage of target families, the militarization of police here and abroad (through subsidiaries such as Homeland Security Co. LLC and its spawn), and Lockheed Martin Information Systems coordinates and administers the high-tech warrantless surveillance and censorship of telecommunications and computer output of targeted families -- even OFF-LINE.
The war on terror was built from the ground up to aid and abet this social cleansing, not just here, but in Canada, the U.K, Germany, Australia, in all industrialized nations, including Russia and Communist China.
I was rendered nearly insensate, unable to write, or even speak cogently, for MORE THAN FOUR YEARS, from about March 2004, when the attacks became palpable, to 2008, shortly after I began my periodic in-person pleading to the Philadelphia office of the FBI. Even then, the attacks continued, and in fact have continued UP TO THIS VERY DAY. On Friday, I was E-RAPED -- microwave assaulted in the rear-end via precision triangulation. How much radiation is required to achieve such precision targeting? Is my living quarters bathed 24/7 with backscatter radiation? Simple infrared laser targeting could not provide sufficient data to attack with such heinous precision.
I repeat: THIS IS A GENOCIDE. In my case, I believe my targeting resulted from displeasure among certain agencies and commands with my mainstream media journalism, especially my proclivity to tackle tough subjects, from the assassination of JFK to nuclear power and even shipyard deaths of workers at a Philadelphia area shipyard years ago. I believe the U.S. Secret Service is primarily responsible for the protocol of career and personal destruction I have experienced; but who's to say it's not military intelligence (NSA, CIA, DIA, etc.) or the CIA or the FBI? So many agencies and commands input the torture matrix bureaucracy, assuring "plausible deniability."
But I subscribe to the belief that good people and bad people populate any bureaucracy. I'm betting on the good people to come out on top, and rescue America from its descent into fascism. As far as I am concerned, America already has become a fascist police state; I continue to be tortured, left unemployable, unable to earn a living, with degraded vision, hearing and health. I've been ruined, already slow-killed. The American Dream has turned into a nightmare for me, and untold thousands like me.
What is taking the good people on the inside so long to see the enemy within -- the fascists within our own government, and its spiderweb of corporate contractors?
This descent into fascism cannot be reversed by memoranda.
ONLY RAIDS AND ARRESTS THAT MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF THE WRONGDOERS AT ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT, AND IN THE CORPORATE CONTRACTOR 'COMMUNITY,' CAN RESTORE DEMOCRACY AND PERSONAL LIBERTY IN AMERICA.
And a total house-cleaning at the U.S. Secret Service and perhaps at other agencies/commands that are primarily responsible for harboring Dr. Strangeloves, saboteurs and eugenicists among their ranks.
And these reforms must include the DEMILITARIZATION AND DE-FEDERALIZATION OF STATE AND LOCAL POLICE, who have been transmogrified into stormtroopers of the federally-spawned, police association- abetted torture matrix.

A pack of about a half-dozen teenagers wearing Princeton University sweat gear trailed me every step of the way last night as I shopped the aisles of a Wal-Mart store in West Windsor Township, NJ. They congregated around a shopping cart that contained a large multi-roll package of toilet paper, speaking loudly about the merits of using toilet paper that does not cause irritation to a sensitive body part. And what’s the significance of this? Well, the discussion about the toilet paper parroted a conversation I had with my wife in the supposedly privacy of our home – a home that’s been physically and electronically invaded by nighttime home intruders and by pervasive audio (and apparently, video) surveillance, according to a preponderance of evidence. And the entity responsible for turning my private residence into a sick version of “the Truman Show” appears to be the mid-Atlantic states MAGLOCLEN-RISS “Intelligence” Fusion Center headquartered in Newtown, Bucks County, PA, whose chief contractor, Lockheed Martin, coordinates communications and so-called “gaslighting,” “street theater,” and “store-mobbing” stunts via text messages sent to squads of community “policing” goons. This vigilante Gestapo recruits members from all walks of society, from bank officers and retired military and law enforcement personnel to young teens who get off on terrorizing their "targets" with official impunity. As one of the teens yammered on about the merits of soft toilet tissue, I turned to one of the teens and said, “So this is the Princeton store mobbing, huh?” The teen smirked and laughed. As I walked away and toward a check-out aisle, one of the teens, a tall young fellow, followed and got in line right behind me, literally breathing down my neck. I repeated my comment about store mobbing, and got another smile and smirk. So I said words to this effect: “Well, I have a message for your team leader. Six words: ‘Civil Rights Division, Department of Justice.’ He’ll know what it means.’ And also tell him I’m disappointed that Princeton is teaching its young people how to act like Hitler Youth.” The young man laughed. He didn’t say, “What do you MEAN?” He didn’t protest the characterization. He just laughed – right in my face. A seemingly minor incident regarding toilet paper but one which illustrates the DHS Evil's total depravity from the invasive surveillance to the juvenile pettiness of the taunts to the official enticement of our young Americans into lowering themselves to be part of lynch mobs. That's why I wrote about this -- the venal petty nature of this street theater -- funded with YOUR tax dollars. The people administering this persecution matrix are no better than the German Nazis and should be dealt with accordingly.
What I didn't mention was the reason for the discussion with my wife about the toilet paper -- the fact that I had been severely e-raped -- again. BTW, "e-rape" is not a term that I invented; Lockheed Martin operatives apparently are well familiar with the nomenclature, as they are with the terms: "up the amplitude" and "maximum fryage."

FEWER STALKERS ON ICE CREAM RUN – BUT THEY ARE OUT THERE AND WON’T LET ME FORGET IT.
The Lockheed Martin- coordinated, cop team leader directed MAGLOCLEN-RISS fusion center Gestapo appears to have lost control of the low-life automatons it has recruited as its most dedicated vehicle stalkers and store mobbers. There's been an obvious crackdown today on overt stalking; far fewer stalkers showed up on my donkey tonight as I headed out to a nearby food store for some ice cream – fewer, but still very much present. First, a vehicle stalker ran a stop sign and cut in front of me at an extremely high rate of speed on Sutphin Road in Lower Makefield township at about 8:35 pm. The driver took off down the road, as if he knew I’d try to harvest his license plate number (PA HWA 4101). When I got to the Yardley Giant store, I had an inkling that I’d encounter a stalker as I approached the ice cream case, since my wife had asked me to pick up some ice cream – and the Lockheed fusion center contractor operatives who spend untold thousands of dollars each year to monitor my premises with audio and apparently video 24/7 typically pass on my intended course of action to their Bucks County community policing goons. And there he was – a young man standing in front of an open freezer case door for an inordinate amount of time – right in front of the brand of ice cream I typically purchase. Then he proceeded down the aisle,opening each freezer door that he passed, allowing the glass doors to fog over. When I passed him as I attempted to select my purchase, he addressed me directly, saying something like, “I can’t find the ice cream I’m looking for.” Knowing that I was being subtly taunted, I said only this in response: “I’ve got my own problems.” As the young man chuckled, I added this: “And tell your team leader these six words: Civil Rights Division, Department of Justice. Your team leader will explain what it means.” The young man kind of nodded. I got my ice cream and headed for the checkout. For the first time in a long time, no one followed me into the checkout lane. In a community in which stalker goons have had free rein to harass and terrorize , that’s progress. But there was one more stalker on my trail as I got near my home. A car cut in front of me at an intersection, and drove very slowly just in front of me, making the turn into my subdivision, heading toward my house, very, very slowly, with me behind him. We stalker victims call this “following from in front.” As I turned into my driveway, the other driver slowed to a near crawl in front of my house, apparently to make his point. What the reference to Jiverly Wong means, given the "official" censorship of your free speech under the fig leaf, no doubt, of the 'get out of jail free card' called 'national security' is that Jiverly Wong MUST HAVE BEEN a target -- and the murders he committed must be traceable to the Rats in Charge of the Torture Matrix. THAT's what the removal of my comment signifies to me. Yes, the comment was close to the bone. Evildoers covering up their crimes by howling 'national security.' AS IF.

Jiverly Wong's crimes are proof positive of the criminally negligent harm that the US Official DHS Torture Matrix does to the public. Goes deeper. Our cars have been sabotaged. I've experienced sudden acceleration and application of the brakes while driving at high speed, and I've been attacked by the RFDE cell tower electromagnetic weapon system while driving -- and I believe that's what caused me to black out at the wheel on May 1, 2004, sending my car into a wooded area. Only through the grace of God was I spared serious injury. And the local cops had my car towed OUT OF THE AREA, to a gas station where it was tampered with in an apparent frame-up attempt.
Conscientious federal civil rights authorities could restore the rule of law simply by monitoring everything that goes on at the MAGLOCLEN-RISS fusion center and its war criminal contractor, Lockheed Martin. Those text messages to the regional stalker goons easily could be intercepted. But it appears the government is too busy chasing "Anonymous" and other apparent psyops honeypot groups. That's much easier and you don't piss off the Secret Service, FEMA or the military-intel agencies/commands....

This is serious. We're talking a possible major shift in strategy -- from making "Al CIA-da" the false flag perpetrator "enemy" to making bourgeois "lone wolf" white guys the global enemy -- thus justifying the huge expenditures for domestic surveillance and extrajudicial torture and slow-kill homicide, not just in America but WORLDWIDE.
And wouldn't that benefit MILITARY CONTRACTORS who make those "tools" of "surveillance" and stealth electromagnetic assault, entrainment, and murder?
We are talking here about a possible GLOBAL conspiracy to groom these Manchurian Candidates, with international coordination. Hmmm.... seems to be that orgs like the MAGLOCLEN organization claims "jurisdiction" in Canada, U.K., Australia. Also occurs to me that certain secretive federal agencies -- the CIA and Secret Service come to mind -- have permanent stations in many foreign nations. So where else is this international shadow government extending its tentacles via infiltration of foreign MILITARIES AND SECRET SERVICES?
Norway, perhaps? And maybe Mumbai and London, scene of other post- 9/11 attacks?
Now is the time for all good men and women on the inside to come calling and to be HEARD. The only organization that has even a chance of saving America, IMO, is the FBI, despite the fact that its National Security Branch, and that of the Justice Department, is heavily invested in community "policing" vigilantism and electromagnetic weapon assault, impairment, "menticide" and slow-kill death of extrajudicially targeted Americans.

MORE BUCKS COUNTY, PA HOME INTRUSION, DOMESTIC TERRORISM – AND NO AUTHORITY WILL OPEN HATE CRIMES PROBE
This morning, Mon., July 25th, my wife discovered that our car was vandalized, apparently while parked inside our garage. The metal logo had been pried or snapped off the trunk deck, to which it had been firmly affixed. The damage was not present late yesterday afternoon when I made a quick run to a supermarket. The garage has a radio-controlled door opener; I suspect community goons who apparently get their marching orders from a text/phone “community policing” messaging system coordinated by Lockheed Martin entered the garage overnight to do the damage. They either know the radio code to the door opener, or Lockheed Martin cyber operatives used their electromagnetic weapon technology to open the door for these vigilantes, who apparently operate under their operational command and control and that of police-connected “team leaders.” This morning, as usual, I awoke to symptoms of overnight attack from the U.S. cell tower microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon system under operational command and control of Lockheed Martin, which uses radio frequency “neuromodulation” to put its targets into a deep sleep state – proving cover for these home intrusions. On Sunday morning, when I retrieved a knapsack containing personal items from where it’s kept inside my bedroom, I discovered an A-C power inverter that had gone missing from our car’s glove compartment. This piece of gear is always kept in the car; neither I nor my wife placed it in the knapsack. It is apparent that a home invader who took the item from the car placed it into the knapsack in yet another act of “gaslighting” -- malicious, terroristic criminal stunts intended to unnerve their “targets.” It is quite upsetting to realize that home invaders are inside the premises, even entering our bedroom, apparently, as we are kept in a deep sleep state. A few months ago, I was nearly overcome by noxious fumes when I tried to use a disposable dust mask stored in a bathroom cabinet, which apparently was contaminated by a toxic chemical. Last summer, someone coated the rear of our clothes dryer with insecticide. I found myself gagging and gasping when the fumes wafted in from an open window just outside the dryer vent. Major appliances and our home heating system have been repeatedly vandalized in the past by home invaders who apparently are secure in the knowledge that we will never be aroused from sleep – since we apparently are kept in a deep sleep state by Lockheed Martin- administered electromagnetic attack. And then there was that June 2009 false arrest and jailing that I suffered at the hands of power-abusing Falls Township, Bucks County, PA police, during which I was assaulted, handcuffed so tightly that I had bruises for over a week, thrown in a jail cell and denied my constitutional right to make a phone call – to either my wife or to an attorney. (A charge of misdemeanor “stalking” – what was being done to ME at the time --- was summarily dismissed when Falls Township police failed to produce a complainant at a court hearing.) My repeated requests for a hate crimes investigation have fallen on deaf ears. Neither local police, the county district attorney’s office, nor the Philadelphia office of the FBI has initiated an investigation (to my knowledge), despite repeated pleas and several personal visits to law enforcement officials. My calls to my police chief after the dust mask poisoning incident were not returned. This morning I again will call the Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, PA police chief, who appeared empathetic and willing to listen during my last conversation with him, an in-person meeting in June 2009 at the police station that happened at my initiative (I just showed up and refused to leave until I saw the chief). And I intend to once again request a formal hate crimes and police misconduct investigation of Bucks County law enforcement, which, in my opinion, has failed to fairly and equally enforce the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States of America, enabling the ongoing, serial violation of my constitutional, civil and human rights.at 20:11 on July 25th, 2011
