You know Mike, I get offended when people like you say things that are not backed up by factual information. You are supposed to be a news reporter.  You don't comment on things you have no idea about. I have done some thorough research after I found this video.

Billy Rays dad is now deceased and cannot verify the fact that the kid was adopted

The photograph that is being distributed and planted as a new article from 1994 is a hoax  the first ever Tribute to Elvis concert happened in Memphis in 1997 in the Colliseum.  The barney car that the little girl is riding was manufactured in 1995.  In this photo she is 1 year old.   NOT 3. In the photo which says she was in the Pyramid Arena at the Elvis tribute in 1994 she is 3 years old and the difference in the lenght of hair tells it all.

I have spent a lot of time looking through evidence after I saw this Youtube thing and for you to say a callous statement is not nice.

I assume the people are not crazy and if you watch it they are saying HELP ME FIND MY LOST SISTER.    So whats so crazy about that Mr Toronto??
