OUR EXAMINATION of the Minnesota Court of Appeals June 16, 2009 Opinion [A08-1552] by Judges Lansing, Kalitowski, and Schellhas confirms -- it's corrupted. The Supreme Court [Minnesota or U.S.] needs to fix.The Bourne’s last hope at “Minnesota justice” is the Minnesota Supreme Court. However, lower court's complete disregard for the law and the Constitution does not yield hope.
If the Minnesota Supreme Court does not do its job, same as the Minnesota lower courts have, best option -- is the United States Supreme Court. Douglas Bourne never thought he would have his own case at the United States Supreme Court. Douglas, is a Senior Publishing Specialist at Thomson Reuters, in Eagan, MN. Douglas often publishes history for the United States Supreme Court. Douglas Bourne proudly displays an official United States Supreme Court coffee cup, gift, on his desk.

How can the Appellate Court make something up [Lie] about something that is nowhere in the record? They did…We checked the entire record…
The Appellate Court’s opinion is apparently covering up for Judge’s misconduct not “true” record of personal bias, prejudice and other horrific judicial misconduct as well with covering up respondents’ perjury presented with *trial* submissions and not as Appellate opinion p.8: “This belated attempt at impeachment fails. The trial in this litigation has ended, and the law does not call for a continuation of factual disputes.” Significant err- Twisting record - See Record: (1) store owner’s written statement, (2) tape recording, along with (3) her submitted business card was strictly proving perjury and is a far difference from impeachment attempt.
