This is an introduction to a story I wrote on Examiner.com.  This case involves a legal case in which the Government infringed on a Citizens Freedom of Religion. The Citizen then appealed and the decision was overturned as unconstitutional.  Minnesota Statute 351.02 provides for any public official to have their seat vacated if they are found to have violated a citizens constitutional rights.  The Judge in question remains on the bench.

A fellow Minnesota Citizen Seeking Minnesota Judicial Reform and Accountability asked me to post the following article

It appears at the end of my comments.

However, in the interest of vetting Ms. Lazaryan's assertions, I ask members of the Minnesota Bar to write notarized bonafide briefs as to the accuracy and legitimacy of her claims, application of the law and the actions of the courts in this matter. ( I will not waste my time trying to contact Government officials as it is my experience that they surround themselves with bureaucrats who are instructed to prevent the official official from making or writing any statement for which they might be held accountable. )

Like most folks, I lack the resources to pay an attorney enough to take on the status quo.  But I believe the issues involved here rise to a level requiring the Minnesota Bar to Respond.  This matter involves what appear to be to 2 paramount issues of law;....
