Mitt Romney Promises to Create 12 Million Jobs, Doesn't Say How

Last night at the Republican National Convention, Mitt Romney accepted the nomination for President of the United States (video here). The theme of his speech was jobs. Romney promised that he would create 12 million jobs, but didn't say exactly how. Nor did he mention that 4.5 million jobs have been created in the past 29 months. When Romney was Governor of Massachusetts, the state was 47th in job creation.
