RE: Letter on your behalf from your Legislative assistant, James Chang

Hello Senator Moua:

I previously left a voice mail on this matter with your office.

To summarize that phone call: At this point, I am going to let your Legislative Assistant’s mischaracterizations of what was said go as a simple misunderstanding. And in addressing those mischaracterizations, I am not going to make any judgment as to your offices moral/ethical character. However, this is my last extension of said courtesy. In the future, any deliberate gross mischaracterization of my actions or questions will be addressed as personal moral and/or character flaws of you and/or your staff.

In light of your staff’s inability to understand simple thoughts and common courtesy, I request that you directly respond to this and future correspondence and not pass it off to staff. This will greatly reduce future misunderstandings.

Now, to keep us all honest, I am going to post our correspondence on my various websites but primarily http://donmashaksmn2judicialdistrictfreepres.blogspot.com/......

Now, to address the mis-characterizations:

1) I find it hard to believe that your staff would not understand that I expected a phone call when I sought to have legislation regarding Minnesota Judicial Reform and Accountability heard before your Judiciary committee. Your staff mentions
