Leanore Copeland, NPA candidate for Vancouver City Council, said on Monday that she has been working with unions and other organizations to bring "mobile foot washing" to the streets of Vancouver. Speaking at an All Candidates meeting at Carnegie Center, Copeland said the program would also provide people with "clean socks and clean shoes twice a year".

Why just homeless people? I want someone to come to my house and wash my feet too. And maybe a foot massage with a nice peppermint scented lotion. Throw in a happy ending and I will give them a nice tip! lol.
