Modern Day CointelPro is Real as Ever 2

So how do the FBI, local law enforcement and their foot solders cause the TI(targeted individual) to experience a psychotic breakdown that leads to what is call softening up of the mind. They use a hallucinogen drug such as PCP and they can inject it, put it in your food and water to cause you to have delusions, hallucinations, acute anxiety, paranoia, disorganized thinking and can also mimic the symptoms of schizophrenia, all of with can lead you to have a mental breakdown. Many, if not all TI's have had this experience and because of it will never function to their full mental capacity. This is also where the brainwashing comes into effect, because it is now easier to begin the process. With little resistance for the TI(targeted individual) there are introduce into to the reality of knowingly being brainwash. I say knowingly because before they(the manipulator) let their secret out of the bag. In fact they were brainwashing TI's(targeted individuals) before they even had a clue and now they are letting the TI know what's being done to them.  Now this is were the real torture starts, you will began to notice things that you have never notice before. They will now begin to let the TI know that he or she is being watch, track and followed, they will also let you know you phone is being tap and your internet usage and website are been watch, the will hack into your computer, any website you belong to and your email accounts. How frightening is this? well it can cause the TI to panic,  not want to leave his or her home and become fearful because they don't quiet fully understand with is going on. If the TI is working they will began to be harass at work by their coworkers and managers, they conversation they had the night before will be repeated the next day by coworkers or strangers on the street. They will notice people giving them the middle finger or cussing them as the walk by.

Noise campaign

This tactic is use to deprive the TI of any peace of mind. The use of fire trucks and patrol cars are the favorite used by the manipulator(s).  TI's(targeted individuals) are constantly being attack by this tactic with is also used to deprive the TI's of any sleep, so TI's will constantly hear sirens and people talking outside their window while trying to get sleep. TI's will start to see and hear fire trucks many times during the day and night with sirens on. If a TI goes to the store, movies, restaurant or any other destination there will either see or hear fire trucks when they reach their destination, most times both. if you notice I did not include the police, I did that to make this point. How many times a day can someone see a fire truck? maybe 2 times a day. That would be the norm wouldn't it, well how about 5 to 6 times every day, wouldn't you fine that strange? I know I do. This is part of the torture TI's go through every day and it is meant to drive them crazy.  Lets talk about the police and how they are use to intimidate and drive fear into the minds and heart of the IT community.   You start to see them park in front of you house or apartment building on a regular basis, you will see them approaching you with an angry look on their face and will stick there finger in their ears, pull or tap on their nose and sometimes put their hand on their weapon to get your attention. If you are outside walking or driving they will flash their sirens at you or be involved in the street theater meant to convey a message to you. Ask yourself who has the time, money and man power to do these things and who has a history of doing this, look no further modern day CointelPro is it's rightful name.
