I am convinced that any victim of these targeted attacks for any length of time will come to the same conclusion that I have. They simply could not occur as a coordinated national effort without government involvement. What about online "evidence" that suggests that this is nothing more than local groups operating on their own? This may be nothing more than black propaganda designed to deceive and frustrate victims and others trying to understand this problem

A victim of these long term attacks will also see the near maniacal efforts covert agencies employ to cover their tracks and to mislead their victims. They will employ very elaborate ruses, especially online designed to channel the energies and attention of victims into worthless forums and "support groups" that are nothing more than propaganda channels run by the same covert agencies abusing the victims. They lead to more furstration and may even provide the abusers with additional means to victimize those they target.

You have done a fine job at describing what is going on with modern day blacklisting.  The difference between the modern day version and that of the McCarthy era is that today's version is much more sinister and sophisticated in its dimensions.

You have indicated a rationale/motive for the operation and even for the selection of the targets.  You have stated that the psychological torture is a means to nullify the target so that they can conduct non-lethal weapons experimentation on the TI's.  With respect to the selection of the TI's you have stated that they may be whistle blowers, etc.

Although these motives are as good as I have ever heard on the subject, personally I wonder if there is a motive at all.  In my experience I have noticed that the people that are inflicting this psychological torture on the TI's are deriving great pleasure from it.

I am reminded of the torture that was conducted on "enemy combatants" during the Bush administration.  Much of the torture was performed on prisoners with no expectation of obtaining any valuable information.  Alfred McCoy has stated that water boarding was performed on one prisoner 187 times.  At that point one must conclude that the only benefit for the torturer is the pleasure gained from the act.

If there was a reasonable motive for this campaign to have started, I think that has far been overshadowed by the sheer sadistic pleasure that the perpetrators are gaining from the continuation of the program.  I really believe that this phenomena has gratuated into a psychological illness on a massive scale.  If there remains any rationale left it would be to turn perfectly ordinary citizens into psychological assassins for the organizers of this massive crime.

The whole thing is diabolical.

You have described "Gang Stalking" or "Organized Stalking" quite succinctly. I am personally not convinced of the direct connection between the government and the grassroots groups. As fraffaelle puts it, there is a sufficient level of sadism ingrained within the general populace to make any level of rational cause to be almost redundant.However, there is an argument that is being batted around among the TI (targeted individual) Internet groups that this malicious activity is somehow a preparatory phase to imposed population control during a new future era commonly known as the "New World Order". Again, I am not inclined to accept such a formalized theory. I would be more inclined to believe that the psychopaths that amass and abuse the privileges of their fortunes and power are intelligent enough to understand the implications of population explosion and the earth's shrinking capacity to sustain it, but are foolish enough to believe that they can somehow rise above the new human realities that would result.There is also another more obvious purpose that may be driving this malice, based on the small spin-offs that result from the data collected from the heinous act as gang stalking. The data takes many forms, from the messages and media sent from cell phones, to the covert surveillance of hidden cameras and microphones, and to the files stolen from the victim's personal computer files. This data can then be distributed in markets that beg for this type of information. Both the entertainment and music industries are always looking for new ideas to fuel their production machines. The weekly episodes of popular television shows, sponsor advertisements, and even big budget movies. And then there are songs of music groups that subtly hint of knowledge of gang-stalking but never fully admitting to it. I read TI accounts expressing this possibility and I myself have encountered possible incidents of this phenomenon in songs such as "Hope" by  Jack Johnson, and U2's "Unknown Caller".Of course, there is no sure way to prove it.

Rob, to be unconvinced of the connection between the groups engaging in these programs and the government may well be due to not taking an honest look at the evidence. The technology used in the surveillance and gangstalking have migrated directly from military applications. The surveillance and covert torture technology is developed for use in law enforcement and urban application by traditional weapons suppliers. That is well documented. The psychological attacks are consistent with programs developed by American covert agencies and have been used in the past by the Chinese, Nazi German, and East German secret police agencies. The use of involuntary, unwitting citizens to test and develop these programs is again consistent with past abuses by government organizations. The cruel truth is that these programs could not be refined without targeting innocent citizens as test subects. The ability to coordinate attacks and develop consistent methods of abuse on a national basis requires enormous funds and organizational training methods. The ability to coordinate cell phone coordination of these groups nationally requires the involvement of national business and government interests. This makes me wonder if this is the real reason why telephone companies pushed so hard for protection from lawsuits for illegal surveillance. The potential for such lawsuits from abuses of this surveillance technology would be staggering. The military, covert agencies and local authorities must be involved for this to have national coverage. I appreciate and understand that position, Bad. It's almost mind-boggling to think of the level of influence, resources, and scope that these people have. One would think that they have the entire country behind them.However, I work for a government department and am therefore well-versed in how things can be done below the radar for private or special interests. It is no different than in the private sector save for the fact that the public employee does not answer to a business owner, and is protected by a decent union contract.Consider this scenario: a project is set-up to update a microwave telecommunications link. There is a decent program budget behind it, and while the old technology still works, the upgrade will provide better data rates suitable for todays computer networks. When the new equipment is installed,  the old equipment is stored in a shop somewhere. Due to lax administrative practices, no paperwork is done, and a perfectly good microwave transmitter/receiver is soon forgotten about and quietly disappears. What happened to it? Well, the skills and training of someone in the electronics shop is under-utilized and the staff member feels that he needs to have some "fun". He's been talking with a friend who works in a security company and they've been looking for some some specialized microwave hardware and someone with the skills to help them implement security systems. He's also been told it pays big bucks. The microwave equipment sitting in the back of the shop has been collecting dust for years, buried under piles of other discarded stuff collected over the years. No-one is going to miss it. What the equipment is ultimately used for in the security system, no one but a few people know. This scenario is fiction and is not based on any real event. However, I have seen computer equipment get lost in departmental bureaucracy and I'm sure it's no different with anything else.As for the use of the technology developed by Allan Frey, I think it's adaption happened under different circumstances. Possibly in this case, the national security groups recognized it's significance and made the usual feeble attempt to keep it under wraps. But just as with the Manhattan Project, someone with too much idealistic fervor leaked the design to those with less altruistic goals and soon anybody with enough money could buy the right equipment, brains, and "law enforcers" to carry out some more interesting experiments. You realize that those who had initially developed neurological effect devices stated quite clearly that they stopped research because they did not want to experiment on human beings.What I'm saying is that although there may be connections between the perps and the government, I believe that these connections are based on fast-and-loose dealings that go on outside the scope of administration, which is not that difficult to do.

This is about currently manufactured covert technology developed by military weapons suppliers for the government. This is not "old equipment stored in a shop somewhere" that some bad guys stole when the goverment bean counters were not looking. I mean no ill will, Bad. I'm glad to see you standing your ground for the TI community. I may simply be showing my idealism and naivete. Human nature is complex and people can be extremely resourceful and industrious given the "right" motives.As well, I will be the first to admit to not fully being aware of the level of technological development currently at play in the perp community. I am subjected to E/H on a regular basis and it very intrusive in nature. However, I don't want to jump to conclusions about what is being used on me.I have been following the James Walbert case so I am aware of is being manufactured. The question is; is that level of technology necessary for E/H?

Bad, you are absolutely correct in calling out the government on this. I believe it is the Federal Government that is behind this, they have the money, technology and the time to do this. What really interest me is the mind reading, though manipulation technology that they are using on TI's and the ID chip that can track individuals inside and outside the United States. I believe these technology might be the way to expose these crimes as these are very sophisticated technology. If we can get creditable doctors and lawyers that are willing to listen to our stories with an open mind. We need to get TI's to get X-Rays and MRI's done with one purpose in mind and that is to look for and fine any devices that might be implanted in the body and brain of a TI.

Bad and Rob you both raise good points but it is probably a pointless argument to debate whether it is government or is it people within the government. I guess the distinction would be we'd assume we'd have to find it as a written policy if it's governent.. but the finger is right above the delete key!

what Rob was saying is dead on, when the government floats a project out there for bidding, say the Active Denial system that Raytheon ultimately produced, there will be other vendors who were in the running who did R and D, maybe produced some prototype( s), maybe even made some advancements beyond where Raytheon got but couldn't implement them in time or in a way that was useful at the time. After they lose the bid they don't just throw all that away.

However where Bad is also correct is we are not sure where all this is coming from and in what form. For awhile I assumed it was all neighbors with some RF power gizmo and through wall surveillance, I was an aviation fire control technician in the Navy and worked directly on radar systems in F-4 Phantoms so have some familiarity with RF energy and its properties. As time has gone by I am coming to grips with the likelyhood it's more advanced than that and may be low frequency magnetics or infrasound or even ultrasound.  Without getting too deep or opening myself up to ridicule I'll just say they can shake me- like trembling, at will and use it to condition and control- and make it appear as if certain walls "breathe" and objects and furniture in the house move against each other. You sit on the couch and get a distinct feeling you are going up and down and so are walls, and the things between you and the wall go up and down at their own rate too. You hear some creaking in walls and stuff but not as much as you should if it were happening as it appears. You feel thuds and bumps. The motors in fans, air conditioners, refrigerators tend to "load up" but the voltage doesn't vary. A CRT television will change it tint, maybe get real bright for a few seconds.

Then there's the gaslighting, but there's more to it than just a dimming light. Light gets so dim it barely casts shadows- then it casts THREE DIMENSIONAL shadows in open (but dark)space. That's right, I said that. While the "vibrations" I feel may or may not be real, there is something producing a vibration in the house as I  can see a door with a mirror on it moving. If you look through a mirrror through the mirror on the shaking door brother let me tell you it plays hell on things you see. That's obvious but it may explain these "three dimensional" shadows as if the lamp fixture is vibrating, and the object which produces a shadow is vibrating, what would the resulting image (shadow) projected on a white wall be? Pretty disconcerting.

The overall effect could be, would be terrifying except I know it's them and this is why we have to get this out to the public because KNOWLEDGE makes their attacks nearly useless when people know they aren't going crazy but being made to think they are. I saw everything I describe above described in not so many words by a guy from Arizona in the comments section of Sharon Weinberger's WaPost article, he described what happened to him a process of punishing people who've long gotten away with various minor offenses. A few months later his comment along with mine and some others had been purged but others remained.  However the validation of his observations matching mine was an irreversible turning point and I owe that guy the favor of making sure my accounts are read by those who will unfortunately follow me.

I can only hope I will live to see justice come to these people, there is little hope for compensation nor could there be, how does one put a price on his hope for his own future or his faith in humanity?

Rob Fox - with no disrespect, the population explosion theories are fairly outdated - the birth rates in a lot of countries went down over time and continue to go down.  The other thing is that there are problems with overconsumption of resources by a few rather than resources becoming scarce by the moderate consumption of many.  Think about all the land that is used to grow corn for example - all the water and other inputs used.  Then think about what corn is actually used for - only a very small percentage of corn is used for "direct" human consumption.  (It's mostly for animal feed, ethanol and other industrial uses and to make high fructose corn syrup etc. for highly processed foods - typically "junk food".)That being said, I don't think that eliminating TIs is a way to bring the population down.  I have a feeling from the forums that I've been in that TIs in general (or at least those visible on the internet) are often educated people.  And there is a correlation between the educational level of women and the number of children they have - more educated women tend to have fewer children.  So at least educated female TIs would be unlikely candidates to "overpopulate" the world.  I think they want to remove us but for more nefarious reasons than population control.If the whole government were complicit in this, they wouldn't even bother stopping us from getting police reports investigated nor would they have to intimidate so much.  (I've had everything from headlights, honking, yelling at me from cars when I leave the police station, to a piece of what people from my ethnic background refer to as "witchcraft" left on the car while it was parked at the police station, had someone throw a newspaper at me with a headline "Investigation could halt big plans in Miami," and the best one - a pest control guy sprayed my face with pesticide when I was leaving Professional Compliance (Internal Affairs)).  The fact that it is so difficult to get this investigated, even with the evidence I have, points to government involvement.  The fact that the clowns are so upset that I am trying to have it investigated points to the fact that there are government/law enforcement sectors that have nothing to do with this Nazi/Stasi system.

Regarding reasons for OS, you're right, but the only birth rates that have gone down is educated people in industrialized nations. Everywhere else in  the world they're popping them out like no tommorrow, and immigrants to industrialized nations are doing the same. The population worldwide thus continues to explode.

Problem is the internet and technology associated with globalization means that the masses all want what the former minority of priviledge used to have exclusively.

I think while eliminating US is surely a waste of time in dealing with overpopulation, the entire network they are forming to do so becomes a crucial component of command and control in the coming decades as resources dwindle and social unrest becomes more likely. Why pay police and national guard reserves to stand by "just in case" when you can play the patriotism card to have a secret squad of sociopaths do the job nearly free?
