Three men are in court today over an attack on a publisher who was going to publish a book about Mohammed.

Ali Beheshti, 40, Abrar Mirza, 22, and Abbas Taj, 30, will appear in custody at City of Westminster Magistrates Court charged over the attack last weekend on the home in Lonsdale Square, Islington, of 43-year-old publisher Martin Rynja.

Police moved in to arrest the three men under the Terrorism Act moments after the fire broke out at Mr Rynja's home in the early hours of Saturday.

Mr Rynja's firm Gibson Square, which he runs from his home, was due to release a novel called The Jewel Of Medina by US author Sherry Jones.

The novel analyses the prophet Mohammed's relationship with his child bride A'isha.
