As the Philippines enters its rainy season Central and Southern Luzon already feels the presence of the Wet weather as the area is experienced thunderstorms since the first day of June.

The Philippine weather authority forecast that Central and Southern Luzon will experience monsoon rains which may trigger flashfloods and landslides over the western sections while Visayas will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Mindanao and coming from the northeast to southeast over the rest of country and the coastal waters along these areas will be with slight to moderate except during thunderstorms.

Confirming its cloudy here to day on Negros and it looks like a tropical storm is brewing up to shed so more rain.

The problems of too much rain here at this time of year is mainly seen inland and in the mountains and high valleys. Mud slides and flash floods the main horrors at this time of year.

Manila and main cities always have a flood problem.
