Morgan Dana Harrington, a a 20-year-old Virgina Tech student, disappeared after becoming separated from her friends at a Metallica concert at the University of Virginia in Charlotresville. Morgan Dana Harrington, age 20, was meant to go to her parents' home in Roanoke, VA, after the show, but did not show up, and has not been seen since the concert, which was on October 17. Morgan Dana Harrington's disappearance is being treated as a criminal investigation, and a reward is being set up at Crimestoppers.

Morgan Dana Harrington is 5'6" and around 120lbs with blonde hair and blue eyes. Morgan Dana Harrington was last seen wearing a black miniskirt, black tights, black boots, and a Pantera t-shirt. Morgan Dana Harrington apparently does not have a mobile phone with her.

Police found her purse, with her ID and cell phone, in the parking lot of the University of Virginia's John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville -- but there was no trace of the young woman.

He said Morgan apparently left her friends at the concert to use the restroom and ended up outside the arena.  She contacted her friends by cell phone to tell them that she couldn't get back in and that she would either meet them or find a way home on her own.  Rader said that is why her friends were not concerned when they did not hook back up with her after the concert.
At a press conference, state police Lt. Joe Rader confirmed that Dana Morgan Harrington's phone and purse were indeed recovered, but did not elaborate on any information recovered from the phone.
If you have seen Morgan Dana Harrington or have knowledge of her whereabouts contact the University of Virginia Police Department at 434-924-7166.
