Most Expensive US Colleges 2009-2010
Campusgrotto.com recently published their annual list of the most expensive colleges in the U.S. They have two separate list, one for the Highest Total Cost, and another list for the Highest Tuition. The Highest Total indicator is calculated by adding the tuition plus room and board.

A lot of these schools offer scholarships that often cover most of the financial burden of attending the college. For example, MIT is tuition-free for families earning less than $75,000 a year.
