MQM in Punjab: Altaf threatens Status-quo

MQM founding leader Altaf Hussain in his party first prominent procession outside Karachi, in Lahore has called on people of Punjab to support him if they want to transform themselves into worthy.

Speaking to a big crowd of people in Football ground Lahore, Altaf said I am not a leader, I am from you and I am accused of hostile to Punjabis and Pathans but I want to clear that I am only against those who loot country's wealth".

Highlighting his future government road map Altaf said" We will bring significant reforms for the betterment of the citizens and education up to matric will be free for all children and country will have same education system and Parliament will pass strict punishment against all those who force children for labor".

Altaf said today procession is a start for changing the destiny of Pakistan; we were obstructed to enter Punjab and no power including establishment can stop the revolution.

MQM had invited Pakistan People's party and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf for this Procession but only PPP attended this procession.

Regarding MQM popularity in Punjab only time will tell whether it gets votes in Punjab or only support.
