If I remember right, this was top story at NowPublic too?

The "fake" adviser claimed Governor Sarah Palin mistakenly believed Africa was a country instead of a continent.

The former Republican vice presidential candidate has denied the report from the time it was released.

This isn't the first time "Eisenstadt's" name has been used in a phony report. The Huffington Post once quoted the phony adviser in a story on John McCain and the Hilton family. Other duped outlets include the Los Angeles Times and The New Republic.

Here is a link to the NowPublic news about this: Sarah Palin Still Thinks Africa is a Country! Jordan flagged it as a good stuff, but Amy asked for opinion flag.

Gov Palin is the star speaker at the Republican Governors' Conference now.  She says 2010 there are 30 or more Governor elections and that is business at hand.  2012 can wait a while.  Also, Sen Stevens is down 800 votes to Mayor Begich with 30,000 early ballots and absentee ballots to be counted today.

Note that early votes are being counted last.
